We enjoyed this immaculately maintained villa with a beautiful screened porch that overlooks a small lake and the golf course. The villa was fully equipped with furnishings that were in excellent condition. The surrounding neighborhood in this gated community was perfect for biking and walking. A heated pool was a short walk from the villa. There were many wonderful restaurants and retail shops nearby. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions. We found this to be a great place to relax and enjoy the great Florida climate! We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is a full season rental (4 month minimum), althought that can be easily extended.
