Our condo is furnished to platinum standard (an industry term used by management companies).
What does this mean for you? You get the highest ranked residence on the eighth floor, with the much sought-after wraparound balcony, natural tile floors (no dingy carpet) and amazing views that are so rare!
Our 390 sq ft balcony is accessed from the living area and master bedroom, as a bonus there is a private balcony in a second bedroom, facing the street and with a view of beaches. Our Tower I unit has the only balconies with unblocked views!
Need a late night check-in? No worries, remote key system is at front door! No rental office stop or waiting in lobby check-in lines for our guests!
By the way, only Tower I units ending in '-01' have unobstructed views of beach and city. Ours has an exceptionally large master bath, as it is 100% handicap accessible.

This 1617 sq ft condo has floor-to-ceiling 9 foot windows throughout the condo. Wonderful light and views, even at dining table and from kitchen!
Onsite are several large outdoor pools (3), indoor heated pools (2), kids wading pool with waterfall (1), toddlers pool (1), and 3 hot tubs. Enjoy lunch and a cool drink at H2O poolside grill & bar, fitness center with steam and sauna, kids arcade, covered walkway to parking, movie theater, gourmet Starbucks & Market in lobby, DVD movie rental kiosk in lobby, free covered parking, air conditioned walkways from parking deck and access to beach via 3 private boardwalks.
LIVING AREA features a giant 69' HD TV and plush seating; DVD and stereo system with iPod input.
The MAIN MASTER BEDROOM is front and center on the beach with access to the balcony seating, and features a comfortable king bed and a private (handicap accessible) bath with double sinks, jetted tub and shower. This bedroom features a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the Gulf from the master bedroom; sliding glass doors open to the balcony and gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves!
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM features a queen bed and private bath with ceiling fan. This bedroom features a TV with DVD player and a tropical themed decor.
THIRD MASTER BEDROOM has a queen bed, TV, bold furnishings and PRIVATE balcony with unobstructed view of both the beaches and local beach-side attractions. Seating for 3 with small table.
FOURTH BEDROOM includes traditional bunks (2 single beds) and a flat screen TV/ DVD player.
And finally, the family room has a new queen sleeper sofa (with premium Sealy mattress), bringing the total to ten adults that this giant corner unit easily accommodates.
This residence has washer and dryer for your convenience, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; all dishware, stemware and cooking utensils as well as pots and pans and toaster, coffee maker, blender and electric can opener. Extras only we include: wine glasses, barware, acrylic/plastic-ware for kids, coffee & coffee filters, sugar and colorful placemats.
The beautiful Hombre and Signal Hill golf courses nearby provide you with an exceptional round of golf.

Nice place, nice location. The condo would need a bit refresh for the price, The complex has a problem of elevator, long time waiting despite the one of four elevator. I still recommend it.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a great condo. Very clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee in the morning and watching the dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. If you prefer to eat out, restaurants are close by. I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our trip was great. The condo is very nice with quality furnishings. The location is perfect, close to everything you could possibly want or need. Being on the 8th floor is perfect, you still have a nice view, but not too high. Only issue was busy the elevators, but only because it was spring break. Being in the end unit is amazing - there was so much privacy and having the additional balcony off one of the front bedrooms is an added bonus in addition to the wrap around balcony. We had lots of room to enjoy our room and balcony. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a large party.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
