We all (daughter and husband, two college age sons, and we two) so appreciated the wonderfully spacious accomodations, the fun game room, the 5 bathrooms, and the great hot tub...It all made for a great vacation! We had most breakfasts watching the sun rise from the nook overlooking the pool! Everything we needed to make and serve a great dinner was available! Can't think of anything we could have needed that wasn't provided in the villa!!!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have been lucky to stay at here on a few occasions now. Each time the owners have been easy to reach, understanding with small timing changes and requests and the home is always well maintained, stocked, clean & ready for arrival. We have stayed at 4 other properties at this resort. This is the availability calendar we check first when returning. We cannot wait to return again!

Great House for Two Families and Close to DisneyWorld

First of all, Virginia is a joy to work with. She was so helpful as we planned our trip to Florida. We stayed here with another family in June/July 2011. This house is perfect for two families to share. It has two bedrooms with King beds and two bedrooms with twin beds. With 5 bathrooms, we all had our own space. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. Each floor has it's own thermostat so the house remained cool for all. We LOVED the pool area and spent a lot of time out in the screened area. You have to rent a BBQ through the complex if you want to do that. We chose to keep it simple. You do not have to have the pool/hot tub heated in the summer months. We enjoyed the opportunity to come back, cool off, and cook so we didn't have to go out all of the time. Windsor Hills is a great community. We did not use the main pool because we enjoyed our private pool so much! The house is adequately equipped for all of your needs. We already miss it! You won't be disappointed if you rent this house!!

THE BEST Disney accommodation for a family!

This was by far the best place to stay while visiting the Disney parks! The house was just minutes from the Disney parks and many restaurants, for those of us who need a getaway from the Disney crowds. Our three children had plenty of space for sleeping, playing and swimming, as did grandparents who also joined us. This was the first trip to Disney for the kids, with seven people in the house, but oh so much fun! When we weren't sightseeing, we simply relaxed by the pool or in the jacuzzi, played ping pong and watched movies. This was certainly a memorable vacation and one that we would repeat!

We have stayed at this villa twice now in the last 3 years. It is perfectly located for kids across from the park and a short walk down to the main pool/activity area. The Greenes are very easy to deal with and the property manager looks after your every need. Why go anywhere else?

What a beautiful home! Thankyou so much for letting us take our holiday there, a fantastic time was had by all. Weve have spent the last 16years taking our vacation in different parts of Florida, staying in hotels, condos, townhomes, villas etc but I have to say yours was one of the best. Very comfortable, spacious for 6 adults, well equipped, clean, well decorated, wonderful pool and jacuzzi, great to have the games room for bored teenagers who are annoyed at not visiting the theme parks EVERY day! Hi Virginia and family, Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful house in windsor hills. We stayed for 3 weeks with our 3 children aged 9 months to 7 years. We all had a wonderful holiday. The house was very well equiped for all our needs. The children spent hours in the pool. It was a perfect location for visiting the parks, we managed to see 5 theme parks!It was also perfect for getting to the shopping malls and we managed to go to quite a few of those also!. The children played for hours in the playarea directly accross from the house. We also availed of the use of the clubhouse and facilities- we hired tennis rackets and basketballs to try and work off all the food we managed to consume. You were so helpful to us in the weeks leading up to our holiday. We felt very safe in windsor hills and it was always impecibly clean. It was our first trip to florida and we are already saving to go back...i would highly recommend this villa. mcnamara family, cork, ireland.

Just returned from an 8 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers and never got in each other's way. The pool was great for our afternoon breaks from the parks. The start up items were great and kept us good for the entire week. We loved the 2 bedrooms on each floor for the added privacy and the 5 bathrooms were fantastic! Thank you.

Virginia, Thank you once again for sharing your spacious villa with our family during our Florida vacation. Our trip to Orlando was great and it was made perfect by our opportunity to stay at your house! My family and my friend's family all LOVED the house. We used the pool, we used the property pool and game room and the dads who did the driving thought that it was perfectly located. Everyone had their own space and could take a break when they needed it. We actually spent less time at WDW and much less money on food there because we would opt to go back to the house and relax and eat at the end of the day. It made for a genuine vacation for all of us. I have already recommended the property to some friends. If we return to the Orlando area, we will definitely check into the availability on your property. The price was great, the location was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better. I loved the quilts on our bed, they were beautiful and comfortable. Well, I can't restate enough what a great experience our trip was, due in large part to our comfy place to stay. The week down Florida was terrific - we all had a great time - the house is beautiful -we really felt at home -- -we didn't need to bring a thing except what we put in our tummies. I've already told a few girls [women] who I work with all about your wonderful house as they are interested in going to Disneyworld in the next 6 months with their families.
