Thanks Michael we had a fantastic time during the holidays with our family/friends at your house. It's in a great location, in a gated community just a few minutes from Flagstaff. The pictures don't do it justice, it's very roomy and very comfortably decorated. The bathrooms and kitchen are (brand new?) and spotless. Family room very cosy with its fireplace / big tv / games. Bedrooms with big comfortable (firm - perfect) beds. We were able to fit 2 big 4x4's in the garage. In the summer it must be lovely under the pines in the back, and we did use the barbecue even in winter! Also, very much appreciate all the info you sent me before our arrival, since we were coordinating from abroad. Side note : we even had tons of snow and sledded around the corner ! And hopefully we will have another chance to come again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

House and property were just as described. The owner's and security were very helpful and friendly. We hope to stay again on an annual basis.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
