This condo is new to us and as new owners we wanted a fresh look and feel. we replaced the carpets, furniture and modernized the TV's. It is a well situated unit on the corner of San Marco and Collier so access to all Marco has to offer is easily accessible. The number one feature to us is the 300 steps to the Residence Beach which you can see out the windows and lanai of the condo. A fourth floor unit accessible by elevator, you are away from the day to day noise and action, get to see a more expansive view, and sunsets from the convenience of our unit.
There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom that is separated from the master by the living dining room. The bathrooms and kitchen are tiled as is the lanai. Although not certified handicap friendly, the access to the elevator and unit are no step ingress and egress.

Why the Owner Chose Sands of Marco:
We love it - we love Marco Island, we love the warm breezes, we love the relaxed atmosphere, we love the private resident's beach, we just love being so close to the beach, and we love being in a quiet spot overlooking a pool and hot tub, but also with an ocean view. We also like riding our bikes around streets that are equipped riding lanes, although not everywhere they certainly allow us to get where we need to and exercise in a healthy way. Cross walks are lit in the evening with flashing lights when you are in the cross walk adding a measure of mental comfort. Naples is just around the corner rounding out the benefit package for this south western most point in Florida.

This condo is fewer than 300 steps away from Marco Island's resident beach so you can spend the day at the beach, but easily return to the condo off and on during the day to refresh your cooler or just take a break. Watch the sun set on the beach, barbecue your dinner poolside, and end your day relaxing in the hot tub.
