This three bedroom, three full bath, 1900 square foot home is ideal for two families or a group of friends to spend some time enjoying all Summit County has to offer. Bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs, main floor is living room, kitchen and dining room.
The main floor features a see-through fireplace for the dining area and living room. A dining table that seats ten, a queen-size sofa sleeper, love seat, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, CD stereo, and a fully-equipped kitchen round out the comfortable main floor.
Relax and watch TV, videos/DVDs, or cable in the downstairs family room. Bedroom (queen) and recreation room (Twin bunk bed, Queen futon mattress) sleep four-six on the lower level and has its own private full bathroom.
Upstairs is the master bedroom (queen) and second bedroom (full/twin bunk, with a third mattress (twin) on floor if desired). Both bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. Washer and Dryer are on this floor too. Linens provided, maid service available for longer stays.
Enjoy the wooded views of Arapahoe National Forest and the snowcapped peaks of Keystone Ski Resort while soaking in your private hot tub on the spacious back deck. World class skiing awaits you at five internationally renowned resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are less than 30 minutes and a free shuttle ride stops outside the front door.
Trail heads to Buffalo Mountain are just up the road for great hiking. Down the hill spend the day shopping at the Silverthorne Outlets (over 50 stores) or strolling through the quaint, historic mountain towns of Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge.

Property was clean with plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 children. If you are interested in staying in the Summit County area, I would highly recommend this rental!

This was one of our favorite vacation destinations for the Summit County Ski/Snowboard season. The home was everything the owner said it would be in the listing and we found the Hot-tub on the back deck to be very therapudic after a hard, (and cold) day on the mountain. Another perk was the garage, because it snowed nearly every night and we never had to remove snow from the SUV before heading out. Couldn't ask for much more! We would definitely stay here again next year!

This was a very easy transaction and vacation. The townhouse was really nice with lots of room (and privacy) and very nice amenities. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything in working order. Nice upstairs with two bedrooms and two full baths. Great basement with two more rooms for hanging out and sleeping and another full bath! Inbetween the top level and basement level, on the main floor, is a very spacious kitchen, dining room and great room. The owner was very easy to deal with and got back to me very quickly with answers to my questions. The best part of the house was the convenient location to first class ski resorts like Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail. It is also very close to biking/hiking/walking trails and the local recreation center where you can workout or swim! I am from the Denver area, but is is great to have a nice, reasonable place to stay in the mountains so you can sleep in and not have to deal with traffic in the mornings or afternoons!!! I would highly recommend renting this townhouse! You won't be disappointed!!

We've stayed at this location a number of times and have always had a good experience. The location is excellent because it is a short drive to several ski resorts, the Silverthorne outlets and the highway. The house is clean and well kept and can fit 1-2 families comfortably. It has a hot tub on the deck which provides excellent views of the mountains. It has always been a pleasure dealing with the owners and we plan to rent from them in future.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
