Recently renovated in July 2011, one of our condos will be brand spanking new with new decor, appliances, furnishings etc.
Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV/DVD combos with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers.
The Twin Bedroom is decorated in a Jungle theme with Kuzco's pet panthers to greet you. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall.
The living room has a 42" flat-screen TV with DVD player and a selection of movies for the family, a CD player with iPod dock system and two very comfy sofas - one of which is a sleeper sofa. Also available is an XBOX gaming system with a selection of games. Free local and long distance calls within the US.
The dining table seats six.
Our kitchen is recently renovated in February 2011 with new granite countertops, backsplash, paint and small appliances. It is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.
For families with little tykes - we have a new "pack & play" fold-out crib and a high chair so you do not need to pack these items.
Our second floor condo is 1,208 sq ft and our 1st floor condo is 1,468 sq ft. Both condos have a private screened-in balcony. The second floor condo is a short 3-4 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and parking is available immediately outside the condo. The first floor condo is approximately a 1 minute walk from the clubhouse and pool with parking available just to the side of the building.

We absolutely loved your condo. There is NOTHING I would change. It was the perfect distance from Disney and every possible restaurant we could think of, not to mention anything we needed. The pool and clubhouse was fantastic. Plenty of room for all. Best experience EVER!!! I will be recommending your place to anyone I can!!!! We stayed in the butterfly palms and just returned home. Very clean, and the swan towels on the bed was a nice touch. Anna was excellent to deal with and everything went really smooth. Big bathrooms and bedrooms, would be excellent also for wheelchair visitors. We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. We have always stayed onsite but this worked so well that we all decided that next year we may try something similar again. We really enjoyed Windsor Palms and the kids met up with a lot of other teenagers so it made it nicer for them.....and gave my mother and I more time to visit. The condo was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. We loved eating all our meals in and getting to Disney was so easy. The owner, Anna, was wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to a friend.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I had a lovely holiday rental. I cannot wait to return next year. It was a safe secure community resort and I thoroughly enjoyed myself without fear. This was the response of my 8 year old daughter. We recently stayed at the Silver Palm Condo. It was truly amazing! This was truly a home away from home. The Owners were great and truly dedicated to ensuring we had everything we needed. The grounds as well as the club house were beautiful with all the Christmas decorations. We stayed in the 2nd floor unit from December 16th to the 22nd. Once we walked in the door we were impressed with the decor & immediately felt at home! Loved that everyone could have their own bedroom & that we had living & kitchen space on top of that! We spent the week at Walt Disney World & travel time to the parks from the condo was very short. The condo is also very close to shopping (Target, Publix, Walmart, souvenir places) & restaurants. We couldn't ask for a better location! Having a washer and dryer in the condo was an added bonus. On the last full day of our vacation my 2 year old niece ended up sick (vomiting) & being able to wash her clothes & blanket was a lifesaver! It would not have been fun to try to find a laundromat or pack up those soiled clothes for the return trip home. All in all this was an amazing choice for us. I would highly recommend renting from Anna to anyone and when we are able to return to Florida I will definitely see if she has any availability!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed for 2 weeks recently, and I've never been more comfortable away from home! The place was clean and ready for me when I got here, and the Sundry shop on the resort had all the small essentials that I had forgotten to pack. Everything was comfortable, there were fresh linens and places for all of the things I brought. Even laundry on site so I didn't need to pack a lot of clothes for 2 weeks. Anna and other helpful people working here were always just a phone call away so I always had the answers on where I could shop for food and the best places to go in Kissimee! Everything was a very short drive away making it easy to stock up on groceries, beers, last minute stuff for sunny vacations. Of course the many fast food places and gift shops, even a Harley Davidson rental shop. The pool was never overly crowded, and there are plenty of lawn chairs around the pool side. The balcony is nice and shady, so was a great place to relax and read my books. The free Wifi in the condo made it possible to enjoy internet access while watching TV and the phone being included meant I could stay in touch with my parents. All in all I feel like I really vacationed in style, I'm not sure I want to go back to the cold. Thanks for the stay!! We had a wonderful time at the Dynamite Disney Luxury Condo. Our trip was delayed by three hours and everyone was tired and upset, however when we arrived and entered the condo that somber mood instantly disappeared. Frowns turned to smiles and my husband immediately said,"Anna really came through for us." The photos did not do the place justice; neither do the words,"Stylish and Comfy" we had all the contentment of home in fact our children decided my husband and I should move to Orlando asap(smile). There is no place like home, still we really enjoyed our stay and decided whenever we are in the area this condo is the first we will look for when seeking a home away from home. About the owner: It was a bit of a spontaneous and whirlwind decision to up and buy a vacation condo in Florida. If you knew us at all, you'd know that we are low-key Canadians that don't really get ourselves mixed up in risky schemes! I guess we just needed some excitement in our lives and decided a cozy place to call home right in the middle of all the Disney action was the ticket! We are Richard and Anna Agnew, we have two kids (a 14 year old daughter called Kes and a 9 year terror called Connor) and our home base is in Toronto, Canada. We knew when we first stepped into Kuzco's condo that it was just what we were looking for. Spacious enough so that everyone can escape from each other if necessary but small enough to retain that right amount of coziness. We had looked at other places in Florida but decided that Orlando was where all the action was - a surefire way to keep the kiddies happy and busy. The location just can't be beat as it is super close to the Disney theme parks and other major attractions. This resort community was also a perfect fit for our family because of all the great amenities available on site. The kids are kept occupied when we are not at the attractions and we have the peace of mind knowing that they are close by within a gated community. Where did we get the name Kuzco's condo? Well… Kuzco is the main character in the Disney movie "The Emperor's New Groove". If you haven't seen it - it is absolutely hysterical and every member of our family just loves that crazy llama! We've put a lot of love into the condo so far with regular renovations and upgrades to make ours and hopefully your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Our mindset is always "How can we make it better!" So far, it is everything we hoped it would be and more - and it would tickle us to no end to have your family enjoy our little vacation hideaway too! Sincerely, Richard, Anna, Kes and Connor
