A super nice, newly remodeled 2007, - NON smoking, large one bedroom on the 28th floor with a commanding view of the ocean & Mountains. Views of the mountains, Ala Wai Canal, and the golf course beyond.
Conveniently located in the middle of Waikiki, and only a short walk to all the famous Waikiki attractions, Waikiki beaches, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, the Waikiki Aquarium, Fort DeRussy, and Kapiolani Park. The bus stops at the corner (three-minute walk). Our building, Island Colony, is located at the corner of Seaside Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard, which is two to two short blocks to the ocean.
There are several food stores only minutes away and we have a small "convenience store" inside the building on the sixth floor. A coin-operated laundry is available in the building, along with sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. A internet store and a car rental agency are located on the ground floor of the building.
This unit located at 445 Seaside Ave was remodeled in 2007 and is very comfortable and "homey." There is a full kitchen, microwave, full size stove/oven, full-size refrigerator / freezer, as well as all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and linens provided. We also provide a surfboard "boogie boards" and snorkeling equipment for your use.
The unit is fully air conditioned. There is a large 37" flat screen TV in the living area, with digital cable. The beds include a queen sofabed, and a queen-size, two twin beds along with extra futons for the children.
Public parking is provided in the garage in the building, currently for $18 per 24 hours. Long-term rates for 30 days or more are available at 125.00 per month. We are available to assist you with any problems, cleaning, or repairs.
