Escape to our beachfront condo Sea Breeze; located in the south building of Carlos Point condominiums. This magnificent vacation home offers beautiful views of The Gulf of Mexico and a sugar white sand beach.
Beautifully redesigned kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinetry, granite counter tops, and tumbled tile backsplash. Stunning new bathrooms complete with new wood cabinets, marble/granite tops, mirrors, tile, and stainless steel fixtures. All new furnishings, including mattresses, linens, Tommy Bahama ceiling fans, tropical art, 3 new T.V'S, and DVD player. Professionally decorated with attention to Fresh paint, lighting, wood blinds, sheer window treatments, all new high impact glass windows and glass doors, front door security deadbolt lock, crown molding, six panel doors, 18 inch ceramic tile floors throughout, and much more.
Our screened lanai overlooks the sparkling white sand beach and the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The lanai set includes a patio set, 4 chairs, and overhead ceiling fan.
The living area is complete an oversized comfortable cozy leather sofa, leather chair and ottoman, and two swivel leather chairs. It also includes a 40 inch wall mount flat screen LCD TV, iPod (iHome) docking station, C.D player, glass cocktail end tables, and stone lamps. All nestled atop a beautiful imported hand knotted tropical area rug of enormous palm fronds dancing in splendid colors of reds, greens, yellows, and orange. A gleaming wall of glass outlined by strands of fabric sheers opens to the beach front lanai.
The dining area offers a pineapple theme iron and glass table with 5 chairs covered in tropical fabrics for casual dining.
The open and airy kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with cooking utensils. Appliances include full size stainless steel appliances, along with washer and dryer.
Bedrooms: We just recently went to the clean bed look; we no longer use bedspreads. We use duvet covers that our housekeepers remove after each check out along with the other bedding linens that are washed in hot water and detergent. You can rest assured you are sleeping in a fresh and clean sanitized bed from head to toe! We do not employ a cleaning company. We have our own personal housekeepers for our condo(s).
The master bedroom has a king pillow top bed, hardwood dresser and night stands, glass lamps, overhead Tommy Bahama ceiling fan, 26 inch flat screen TV, iPod(iHome) docking station, walk-in closet with full length mirror, in-room safe, iron/ironing board and full bathroom with new linens. In the master suite, you will find sliding glass doors with professionally made, pleated, blackout curtains along with sheer window treatments that open to the screened beach front lanai. You will also find a sliding glass window with wood blinds for warm tropical breezes.
The guest bedroom is a second master suite with twin beds, hardwood dresser/night stands, glass lamp, TV, iPod (iHome) docking station, sliding glass window with wood blinds.
The guest bathroom has a tiled walk in shower, comfort height toilet, and vanity with mirror.
Free wireless internet in our condo.
Carlos Pointe is a no smoking, no pet property.
No smoking is allowed inside our condo or on the lanai.
You must be 30 years of age to rent.

Beautiful Condo with large beach front. The complex had a nice pool , volleyball net and ping-pong table. The location was perfect because it was on the south part of the island. We used the south bridge and never had the long traffic wait to get off or on the island. Wonderful Fort Myers Beach location!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a great stay, all that we expected. Had a little glitch with the TV, but with Stacy's help, it was quickly fixed. She is very easy to work with, and seems to be available most of the time, if not she returns your call in a timely manner. Very clean, newly refurbished, and a great view. Very quiet and the pool was wonderful. Your close to whatever your needs may be. A great place to eat is the Bayfront Bistro, went there twice. It's hidden behind Publix Food, not much signage. The food was excellent and the view of the bay was sooo peaceful. All in all, we would put this vacation near the top of our list. We'll be looking forward to returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

We really enjoyed our week at the Condo. Very clean and nicely decorated. The master bed was super comfortable. It is in the quieter side of Ft Meyers Beach. We rented a car so went all over to Naples, Sanibel and Captiva and the louder north end of Ft Meyers. Our favorite restaurant was South Beach Grille which is close to the Condo. Great food and prices and specials every night. Their is also a fish house and mexican restaurant in the same strip mall as South Beach Grille but avoid. Both were terrible and way overpriced. We also enjoyed the Outrigger for beach cabanas and happy hour and breakfast. The local residents at the Condo were really nice and made it a very comfortable stay. My husband, son and myself rented this condo for a week last summer. Loved the condo. It was very clean, undated and it felt like home. We would go back and rent again. The pool was nice other gusts were also very pleasant. My son like that he could find book to read and play ping pong. Close enough drive to the pier yet far enough away to relax and forget about time. Really a nice please and we would recommond it to others. The owners were very easy to work with and rental went off with out a hitch...Thank youRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My husband, son, daughter in-law and I had some wonderful family bonding time at the Sea Breeze. The condo was clean, decorated beautifully, relaxing and comfortable. We had great beachcombing time on the spacious beach right in front of the condo and at Lovers Key State Park, which was practically our neighbor! We also enjoyed many wonderful meals while staying at Ft. Myers Beach. Be sure to check out The Caribbean Pearl (for appetizers and tapas), the Chicago Dawg House (after you have had your fill of seafood and need a quick lunch!), the Nauti Turtle (for the intercostals view), and Nervous Nellie's just to name a few!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My finace' and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the Sea Breeze. The condo was decorated beautifully, the pool was very refreshing and the condo complex was very clean. The view from our lanai was awesome. Thanks Stacey for making our trip so enjoyable.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My family and I have traveled to Fort Myers Beach 5 times over the last few years and I must say that these were by far our nicest accommodations. The condo is exactly as pictured, bright and beautiful. There was more than enough room for my family of 4. We walked miles on the beach and enjoyed the pool every day. The weather was perfect. Beautiful Lovers Key State Park is directly across the inlet from Carlos Pointe. This was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations we have ever taken. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Stacey!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Great getaway on the beach. All the ingrediants for a wonderful relaxing vacation are included. This is a very clean modern two bedbroom unit with plenty of space and a million dollar view.Recommended for: Age 55+.

The condo and amenities (beach, pool, parking, security )are excellent. The view from the condo is a picture postcard. I would recommend the Sea Breeze to anyone. The entire Ft. Myers Beach area is a tremendous place to take a vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family had a great vacation in this beautiful condo! We loved the color palette that Stacey chose and the furnishings were tasteful and elegant, in a upbeat, modern style. Our daughter and her girlfriend loved sharing the second bedroom, as it had a flat screen TV and its own bathroom. The free wi-fi was a great feature as well, and kept the girls connected to their friends back home. All of the amenities in the condo from the fully-stocked kitchen to the i-Pod docking station in the living room were top-of -the-line. The location of this condo is ideal: Far away from the crowds on the north end of the island! The beach took our breath away, and we enjoyed watching the herons that frequent the tide pool just south of the building. We love Fort Myers Beach, and this condo really became our "home-away-from-home" during our (too short) stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.
