West Side or East side duplex, five bedrooms, three-bath, beautiful, oceanfront property convenient to local restaurants and attractions. This is a fantastic, reasonably-priced property with a POOL. Sit on the beach while the kids run back and forth to the house for drinks, snacks, and if you are lucky... a nap.
Enclosed, hot and cold water, outside shower. Fifty-foot, oceanfront, dune deck with benches, covered gazebo. Cupola on top level with deck. Pets allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet (two maximum). NO SMOKING! On Ocean Drive, Emerald Isle, North Carolina. Units can be rented together or separately. **Wireless High Speed Internet service. Your own laptop and wireless card are required!!
Check here for availability. I use a rental management company to assist with these rental properties which means you will incurr a 11.75% tax on top of the rental price. The advantage however is they provide optional hurricane insurance and do not charge a damage deposit. Rent includes linens and cleaning upon check out.
