  We stayed in this home for a long weekend (3 nights, 4 days) when I graduated from AT Still University - I had been an online student, but was required to attend the ceremony. The house was nicely decorated and each room had a southwestern charm to it. Plenty of room for all of us and our small dog! The backyard with pool and hot tub were perfect to come home to after a long day of activities or sight seeing. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. Thanks for a great weekend!

  My husband and I spent a weekend at this house while golfing and shopping for motorhomes. It was perfectly located for everything we needed. And the location was very easy to find from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. We did not spend a lot of time there during the day but the evenings were perfect. The grill is really nice. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. We did not have to purchase any spices, foil, etc. Thank you! We did not swim in the pool - it was a little cold but the pool is pretty. The neighborhood is also very nice. A very lovely feature is the computer in the living room - more convenient than using our phones. Thanks Belinda!

  Last weekend 5 of my friends and 2 of our dogs stayed at this house in Phoenix to do Salt River Tubing in Mesa, AZ. We had the most AMAZING time ever!! The house is huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus there is an extra bed and couches in the family rooms in case somebody snores (Sachin!!). The best part of the house is the pool, which is where we spent most of our time. It was super cool and felt amazing in the 105 degree weather. There is an outdoor grill so we were able to hang by the pool the entire day. Of all the places we researched (over 30), this had the absolute best price for the amenities and plus we were able to bring our pets. If we ever return to Phoenix we will definitely stay here.   My new husband's family stayed here for the week of our wedding and we stayed there for one of the nights with them. We loved the home, the teenage/young adults liked the internet access and tv/movies. The rooms were beautifully decorated and everything was clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Backyard pool and hot tub very picturesque. Two grills to chose from, gas and charcoal. House was roomy and quiet. Plenty of kitchen equipment made our stay easy. Would recommend this property to friends or relatives.

The pool is big and great for smaller kids, and the waterfall was lovely, day and night. Because it is so warm here, swimming at night was fun, too. And there is plenty of room outside around the pool to just hang out, too. The rooms were clean and well kept and it was wonderful having this house to come home to during our extended family gatherings! My only negative comment is that a previous tennant had smoked in the house, but as Belinda asks her tennants to smoke outside, I do not hold her responsible...and it still was a great home. I would definately recommend this house, as well as Belinda if you are staying in the Mesa area.
