Located just off Alma School Rd in Mesa in a quiet residential community. This home has recently been completely renovated in Jan 2008, professional desert landscaping front and rear make for easy living. Newly painted, inside and out. All new furniture, new beds and linens. New pillow-top mattresses. One King, one Queen and two Twins, plus 2 large couches provide ample sleeping accommodations.
The beautiful pool area is enclosed with a 6 ft. wall for complete privacy. The pool comes equipped with a circulating waterfall and submerged steps. Many palms and other trees provide afternoon shade to several sitting areas. Your very own new spa is here too. Both are professionally maintained for your comfort.
The house features an airy sitting/dining area just off the bright and well equipped kitchen. There is a confection oven and new appliances and cooking pots and utensils. The living room features a 32' TV with Cable and a computer setup with surround sound for the DVD/Video.
Plush couches invite you to watch the available videos selected for you: mysteries, adventure, comedies and children's classics.
Easy care tile flooring and carpeting in the bedrooms and living room assure you of more time to sit in the sun and enjoy the Arizona lifestyle. Modern air conditioning throughout with breeze fans in the kitchen/ dining area.
The local super market is 1 minute by car. Fine dining and shopping at the Fiesta Mall is less than a mile away. Access to all major highways: Rt 60, Country Club Rd, Rt 101, Arizona State University and local colleges are minutes away. Even Sky Harbor is only 10 minutes by car!
The carport and driveway allow 4 cars parking access.
A bath off the Master bedrooms features a shower and toilet and sink, and the hallway bathroom has a shower/tub, toilet and sink.
Easy access to the house is available. The single floor construction and wide hallways provide room to maneuver wheelchairs if necessary.
The house is constructed so that you are completely private, and yet so close to everything! Baseball events, the new Arts Center in Mesa, the Swap Meets and Phoenix happenings are all within easy reach.
All modern kitchen appliances are here: Toaster, Microwave, Confection stove, smoothie machine, all new pots and pans, dishes. A side by side refrigerator is here too! Room for all your party needs and a beautiful wooden dining table with Mexican chairs, as well as sitting areas by the pool and under the trees. There are lounges for your convenience near the pool too!
Linens are provided for your stay, and a wonderful combo washer and drier unit is stashed in the kitchen for ease of operation. All sheets and comforters are new too! This home has been designed with you in mind, so that you can enjoy your vacation or business trip without worry about the pool or anything else.
The Cable TV and Internet connection are available to you, with a DVD/Video player with surround sound equipment and cassettes and other entertainment.
We have had wonderful guests in the past and look forward to meeting new guests each year. There is a property manager available for emergencies that will make sure your stay is a pleasant one!
All major league baseball, basketball and other sports are here in Phoenix/Mesa! There are 15 Golf courses in the Metro area. Swimming, boating and outdoor activities are nearby, as is hiking and trail activities. Theatre at ASU Gammage and other venues, The new Mesa Art Center, the Heard Museum, Car Rallies and County Fairs! Swap Meets and children's shows. Everything and anything you can imagine is here in the Valley of the SUN!

Last weekend 5 of my friends and 2 of our dogs stayed at this house in Phoenix to do Salt River Tubing in Mesa, AZ. We had the most AMAZING time ever!! The house is huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus there is an extra bed and couches in the family rooms in case somebody snores (Sachin!!). The best part of the house is the pool, which is where we spent most of our time. It was super cool and felt amazing in the 105 degree weather. There is an outdoor grill so we were able to hang by the pool the entire day. Of all the places we researched (over 30), this had the absolute best price for the amenities and plus we were able to bring our pets. If we ever return to Phoenix we will definitely stay here. My new husband's family stayed here for the week of our wedding and we stayed there for one of the nights with them. We loved the home, the teenage/young adults liked the internet access and tv/movies. The rooms were beautifully decorated and everything was clean. We would definitely stay there again!

The pool is big and great for smaller kids, and the waterfall was lovely, day and night. Because it is so warm here, swimming at night was fun, too. And there is plenty of room outside around the pool to just hang out, too. The rooms were clean and well kept and it was wonderful having this house to come home to during our extended family gatherings! My only negative comment is that a previous tennant had smoked in the house, but as Belinda asks her tennants to smoke outside, I do not hold her responsible...and it still was a great home. I would definately recommend this house, as well as Belinda if you are staying in the Mesa area.
