We are a Canadian family from Victoria, BC and Edmonton, AB. We enjoy all that Maui has to offer and whenever we need a break from the snow we head to our home away from home!
Elegantly remodeled oceanview, with the "Aloha" feeling, quiet top floor, end unit with extra window in front room, interior building facing ocean and landscaped courtyard. Vaulted ceilings, new pillow top King and 2 Full beds, new oversized furniture, beautiful island artwork, all new ceiling fans, paint, carpet, and flooring.
Located in building 7.
Beautifully manicured grounds, with three different barbecue areas, tennis courts, and recently remodeled pool area. Located across from beautiful Kamaole III beach park. Nothing but trees and grass between our condo and the beach. Please come and enjoy our Maui Paradise ~ it won't disappoint!

We continuously found ourselves returning to Maui to celebrate any and all momentous occasions in our lives. The last time we returned we knew that we needed a permanent place to come back to!Kamaole Sands building 7 was the perfect place to call our Hawaiian Home!

You will find upon your arrival that our property is equipped with everything you will need for your Maui vacation.
It will have something for everyone in your family to enjoy; for the chef in your family you will find a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, for the suntanner in your family, they will be pleased to know you can see the pool from our lanai and can scope out your lounge chair early. For the shopping enthusiast you will be delighted to know that we are less than a 4 minute drive from the Wailea shopping centre (quite possibly the best shops in all of Maui), for the water lover you are right across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III and a 2 minute walk from the boat launch for your deep sea snorkel trip.
Our condo has a unique layout with 2 bedrooms - 1 king bed located in the 2nd story loft and 2 double beds on the main floor. We have a large lanai to enjoy your afternoon puu puus and happy hour. To keep in touch with your loved ones on the mainland we have full access to internet, cable and phone. The condo is located on the inner part of the complex, over looking the fully groomed, beautifully landscaped gardens of Kamaole Sands - it is one of the most quiet buildings in "The Sands".

Had a great in Maui two weeks ago,played golf at the Gold course in Wailea,went on a whale watching cruise to Lanai,went surfing.The unit is looking great with all the new furniture,and artwork,the resurfaced pool decking came out beautifully.Looking forward to going back soon.
