Our family just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week long stay in this very clean and well-appointed condo. Words don't adequately describe the beautiful view from the balcony located off the living room and master bedroom! A quick trip down the elevator, past the hot tub/pool area and you're on the soft, white sand collecting shells and enjoying the water. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Pier Park outdoor mall was within a 10 minute drive and had a wide variety of stores and restaurants. The condo itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need in terms of kitchen equipment. There are also movies and lots of books. There are tv/dvd players in the living room and both bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bath and opens onto the large balcony that is equipped with a table, chairs and lounge chairs. The second bedroom has two beds and shares a bath with the rest of the condo. There was plenty of space and privacy for all 6 of us! Parking was plentiful and convenient. We always felt safe and the residents and maintenance man were very friendly. The condo has been repainted (love the colors!) since the photos on the website were taken and there is a new couch and love seat in the living room. Having a washer/dryer unit in the condo meant we each packed only a few outfits and it was quick & easy to throw a load in to wash when necessary. You will want to bring your own beach towels but there are plenty of linens, pillows and blankets. This condo truly is a home away from home! As the phrase on the wall says "Enter as guests, Leave as friends". Thanks to the condo owners for sharing their very special vacation home with us! The room was great! The owners were so helpful, and great to work with. The view was wonderful, room was clean and felt like home! We so glad the room was great! We will be back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

A perfect pre-Christmas holiday! I took my family to the beach in mid-December to recover BEFORE the holiday stress commenced, and so glad I did! The condo was immaculate, and at the same time, family-friendly. The beach pristine, and shopping, dining and family activities were within walking distance - who could ask for more?! The owners provided everything we needed for our stay, and since we are a family of minimalists, we did not want to bring much! There were security gates to enter the resort, to use the elevator, to get into the pool, and for each unit, so we felt very safe! Bedding was luxurious...so comfy! We felt perfectly spoiled as the year was ending. I highly recommend this complex, and particularly, this unit and owner. We will definitely return!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had the BEST time in Panama! The Condo was so beautiful and the balcony and views were unbelievable! I could hardly pull myself away from the balcony! We were able to enjoy daily viewings of Dolphins and other marine life! It was so family friendly with lots of games and books to read! It had everything we could possibly need! The Hot Tubs and Sauna were so wonderful in the evenings after a full day at the beach! The owners were SO nice and helpful! It was like they were our long lost friends! It truly felt like we were home away from home! Lots of great memories were made! LOVED our time there!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great condo on the beach! This condo is conveniently located to most everything PCB has to offer. The view from the large balcony.....spectacular! The owner thought of everything when outfitting this place - it has all the necessities and a lot of extra items for your convenience. The complex was very quiet. I love the fact that the price is "all-inclusive" (includes tax and cleaning fee). I wish other owners would be so thoughtful. Loved the price, too. We had a great vacation here - probably one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We are always looking for the best value but have certain standards that we are used to when staying away from home. When you see such a wonderful deal as this were there are no hidden fees and extra charges, you naturally wonder if this might be too good to be true. Well we were skeptical until we walked through the door but then all doubts disappeared. We truly made this our home for the week. The balcony was absolutely fantastic. It is the largest I have ever seen and there were plenty of seating options. The view was simply spectacular. We enjoyed daily dolphin and ray sightings from that vantage point. The condo itself had everything you could need and then some. The beds were great and there were plenty of linens and extras all throughout the house. The books were a nice plus since I was able to read the one I brought long before the week was over. The parking, pool, hot tub and beach access were all just wonderful. The owner was very responsive throughout the whole process. I just cannot say enough good things about this place even though a selfish part of me would love to keep it our little secret. We have been going to Panama City for 7 years, and the owners are some of the best we have rented from. The condo is a corner unit with breathtaking views, wonderful beds in both rooms, very clean and lots of movies and books to use. Very easy to work with and great prices compared to other owners in the same condo. We will be back for sure next summer and maybe even sooner! I CAN'T EXPRESS HOW WONDERFUL OUR VACATION WAS! Whether we were grilling a filet on the grill or having hot dogs in the room..it was perfect. The condo was clean-like being in your own home clean-beautiful and the view from our balcony was breath taking! This place was AWESOME!!! My family had such a good time and got so much more than we paid for!!! We did do a lot of things but commented several times we could've easily not left the condo/beach all week. We have 4 small kids, 5 and under, and this place was so accomodating for all of us. Used the fold out sofa bed in the living room but didn't really need it and everybody had their own bed. It was gorgeous. Perfect view and lots of room for our lil ones to roam. Also even felt comfortable with kids going out on the balcony without us. We are SOOOO going to return and cannot wait!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We visited this beautiful condo the first week in February. We found the owners very easy to work with and the property staff most helpful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked, all the comforts of home, PLUS a beautiful view of the ocean. We are already talking about a return visit.Did you find this review helpful? Very nice place in a good location,close to alot of things.The beach was wonderful.Dolphins swimming in real close to shore.Owners very good to work with,condo in great shape.Staff at condo very nice and ready to help.The covered parking is a big plus.My 8 year old did not want to leave nor did his parents.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this unit in mid October and found it to be spacious and tastefully decorated. The furnishings made you feel right at home with all the essentials right at hand. A wonderful surprise was the master bedroom on the ocean side with access to the wrap-around arched deck. We were lulled to sleep with the sounds of ocean waves. The layout of the condo leaves room privacy between master bedroom and guest room. Another plus were the large bathrooms. We just got back from vacationing in Panama City and stayed in this unit. It was so wonderful! The view was great!! The condo had everything we needed-linens, books, all kitchen items, washer/dryer, etc. The balcony is HUGE! And it even sweeps around the corner of the building so you can see the strip! The condo was decorated so nicely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! All the comforts of home... at the most beautiful beach you've ever seen!
