This GORGEOUS custom built home is not just kid-friendly but will also please those looking for luxury, and all the amenities of a newer home. Two master bedrooms with comfortable king size beds make it ideal for two or more families to enjoy. One is located, on the private third floor, with a huge master bath. On the first floor, your family will LOVE the large, open, gourmet kitchen finished with granite and extraordinary island/bar. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, and separate seating area for TV watching opens up large deck which enjoys filtered lake views and is perfecto for al fresco dining. The second Master Bedroom is also located on the this floor. Downstairs, the family room includes a wet bar, living area, three additional bedrooms and TWO full baths. Dollar Point Deluxe is a short walk to the pool and tennis courts or it is a short drive to the beach (lots of available parking).
