Edgemont is literally on 'the edge of it all' located on Steamboat ski area's Stampede ski run at the base of the mountain. Highland Ridge at Edgemont is a true ski-in, ski-out property that has exquisite, slope side views.
One of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions, Edgemont has many advantages. First and foremost, is its location on the Steamboat ski mountain above the base area village. Highland Ridge offers panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest. It also overlooks the ski trails where you can watch your family ski right by.
The living room offers a gas fireplace, large flat panel TV, and spectacular views of the slopes.
Any aspiring cook will feel like a professional chef in the fully equipped kitchen with the 6-burner Viking Range and GE Monogram appliances.
There is seating for 8 at the dining room table and an additional 4 at the kitchen bar.
The interior of this three bedroom residence brings together warmth and a mountain feel. Relax and curl up with a book by the native Colorado sandstone fireplace in the living room or sit on the deck, soaking up the sun and overlooking the ski trails.
Enjoy on of the many community amenities such as the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor fire pit brings families together over s'mores and hot chocolate or others can lounge indoor next to the gas fireplace in the community lounge. Getting on and off the slopes is easy with the community locker room directly off the trails. Inside is an assigned private locker with enclosed boot warmer. Dry off and store your equipment and forget about lugging it around. There is also exercise equipment onsite.
Highland Ridge can be reserved in combination with Thistle Ridge and has a private, combined entrance when booked together.'Highland Thistle' offers 6 slope side bedrooms for up to 14 guests.
