You will discover this special home nestled amid the towering pines of Dollar Point in a lovely wooded and peaceful setting. The large fenced rear yard contains a beautifully landscaped and lush grass area, fragrant flowers and shrubs as well as a hammock perfectly
situated beneath the trees providing the opportunity to relax, read or just have some quiet time. A large and partially covered deck offers a wonderful place to enjoy the sunken, bubbling hot tub under the stars in the evenings after biking, boating or skiing.
Just inside is the large and well-appointed recreation room. Provided for your entertainment, this area contains a pool table, electronic dart game, board games, “Pop-a-shot” basketball, wide screen TV, stereo and a wet bar. Adjacent to this area are two bedrooms
with four twin beds for the younger crowd. The main living area upstairs includes a well-equipped and generous-sized kitchen. If you prefer dining alfresco, step outside to grill your meal and enjoy dining out on the deck. There is a wide screen TV with DVD
player in the living room as well as comfortable sofas and chairs to sink into in front of the natural stone fireplace. The bedrooms are inviting with plush linens and soft down comforters to soothe and relax you at the end of your busy days. All during your
stay you will be “making memories” of your special time at Lake Tahoe.
