This Non-Smoking residence is across the street from the beach. It is a former model home and comes completely furnished. The beds are heavenly and come with soft down comforters. The house is located within a gated community. Within the gates you have full access to a playground, volleyball, barbecues, picnic tables and a walking path within a garden setting.

This beach house is close to Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Mexico, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, museums,deep sea fishing, whale watching, tons of shopping and great dining. The list of attractions and activities are too many to totally list.Out the back gate you can take the train to downtown San Diego.
