About the owner: I am a realtor specializing in residential waterfront homes in South Florida. My father and I own this unit together and use it on the off months to escape the congestion of south florida.

It is a short drive from my condo in Fort Lauderdale, conveniently located 2 hours north. Its peaceful and non-congested and the perfect getaway anytime of the year!
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
I love walking over the bridge on the weekend mornings to the downtown farmers markets with fresh local vegetables, flowers, crafts, and great coffee! i also love going to dinner 3 minutes from the house right outside of our security gate at one of the best restaurants in Hutchinson island! For long weekends we rent a boat and dock it in our marina for easy access to the bay and ocean. Biking is one of my favorite things to do as there are many open roads down the blvd on the beach.
