  Our family travels extensively around the world and we have a pretty high standard for accomodations and this villa was a perfect spot for us. We were initially unsure because the cost is slightly lower than that of similar locations, but lucky for us! It is bright, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has been renovated and is perfectly equipped. This allowed us to have breakfast "at home" every day, as well as to cook some lovely dinners. The location is very good, close to the pool and the Sanctuary Resort. We stayed for a week with our two kids (ages 7 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The kids slept in the sofa bed, which is probably only suitable to kids their age and below. The owner is also very nice and helpful and shared a number of recommendations with us, from restaurants to locations to rent bikes. All of the recommendations were right on. I have already recommended this villa to friends and look forward to returning! Thank you!

  Excellent vacation :):) condo as described - very clean & all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Bed was very comfortable. Screened poarch is what you need in the afternoon to relax and listen to wildlife. Will be coming back !

  We had a wonderful stay! The rates through VRBO were very reasonable and check in was very easy. The villa is beautiful, everything looks new and clean. The outdoor area with it's comfortable furniture was great, we used it often. We enjoyed being so close to the Sanctuary Hotel, we walked over for dinner one night and a drink another. The beach was very close also. We visit Kiawah several times a year and this was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.

  The unit was very nice, had all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, flatware that was needed. I did miss having a garbage disposal. It has been years and years since I had to scrape plates. I also missed having Wi Fi because I use my computer serveral time during the day. Otherwise, very nice.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Owner response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We strive to make our villa as comfortable as possible for visitors. I am surprised that you were not able to connect to WiFi, there are usually several unsecured connections available if you desire to use them. Also, the Town Center Market, just a couple of minutes away, has free WiFi. Again, we are glad you enjoyed your time in Kiawah and thank you for posting a review.
