Located in beautiful Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. The Village consist of 180 acres complete with indoor heated and outdoor pools, and two kiddie pools, basketball court, volleyball court,soccer goal, softball field, fenced playground area for small children,bocce court,horseshoes and four fishing lakes.
Our gated community also features 24-hour security. Also private parking for your car or golf cart with beach access, complete with private restrooms and outside showers.

The villa is located only a few minutes to the beach and pools. It is equipped with all the convenience of home, except dishwasher.

The unit has two bedrooms with three double-size beds and a double-size sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. There are three color TVs with cable, DVD Player and full-size washer and dryer.

The unit has a deck with a side, screened porch with table and chairs. A barbecue grill is also provided for your enjoyment.

Pets are permitted.

For your convenience, golf carts can be rented at the front office.

We provid the linens,towels for the home an beach towels however, if you would like to bring your own linens or towels that is your choice. We ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it since there is no maid service.
We only rent from Sat. to Sat. Also we only rent to families an you must be 21 years of age.
