  Cozy condo right at the base of the Village! I walked in and the stress left! Everything was there that I forgot to pack: dish soap, make-up towelettes, coffee and filters, trivial pursuit, etc. More items provided than I've seen at other condos. I felt like I was at home but there were cute bear decorations everywhere! The owners are wonderful! Very accommodating! The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to any friends or family!

  We had such a great week at The Lift Condos in Breckenridge. This unit was perfect for our family. We had 2 adults & 3 teenagers in this 1 BR unit, and it was very comfortable. We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked & included some spices & cooking basics. We were so exhausted after a day skiing, it was so nice to eat at home & watch movies or read from a generous collection in the unit. The Lift Condos are walk in/walk out to the Quicksilver lift & Main St. was a short walk from the condo (5 min). We will definitely rent again!

  Very nice condo. Comfortable for three (and could comfortably accommodate more). Easy walk to the gondola. Nice couches, nice TV, kitchen has everything you need. Also easy walk to Main Street.

  We had a great time here. The condo has been updated and is actually pretty spacious for a one bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels, pillows, bedding, etc. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it was just the right amount of space for us. It is a very easy walk to Peak 9 ski lift. We were there at a busy time and the only negative I can say is that due to that the hot tubs were full all the time. The outdoor pool and one outdoor hot tub were unavailable while we were there but would be very convenient if they were open. Very short walk to town, too...all around great place to stay for the 4 of us.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Because the community pool is available for multiple condo complexes it can sometimes get a little crowded, but it's a wonderful facility enjoyed by many! Thanks for letting us know.

  Honestly, the pictures don't do this place justice. Checked in with a couple friends for an awesome powder weekend at Breck and we all couldn't have been happier. Location is great, walking distance to downtown and right by the slopes. Everything inside is immaculate! We had such a great time, I would recommend this to anyone heading up to breck.

  This condo is very comfortable and very well equiped and worked out great for a Dad and two son in laws for a Boys Ski Trip. It is also the closest condo to the pool and hot tubs which we took avantage of after skiing each day. It is an Easy walk to the lift even in ski boots and the fun and very lively downtown is only a couple of minutes walk away. When returning To Breck I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  The place is well equipped and very nicely decorated. I have to say the photos on VRBO didn't do it justice. I was there with three teenage sons and it provided us with enough sleeping space for all. I really appreciated the book with things to do, menus, etc. You have really paid attention to all the details. The walk to the ski lift was very manageable.

  Everything was really nice, and the home had everything I needed...big tv, blender, quiet, etc. I liked the improvements that were made to the unit and the useful book with all the information. From the time I locked the door, it only took 5 minutes before I was already on the Quick Silver lift. I hope to come back again soon!

  After a very stressful six months, my husband and I REALLY needed a relaxing weekend. Visiting a small and easily accessible mountain town was the perfect opportunity. The condo was absolutely perfect, even better than the photos. It offered everything we wanted -- peace, quiet, beauty, easy walking distance to town -- and the condo's amenities were fabulous. We spent delightful hours curled up reading (numerous cozy lap blankets were always in easy reach). Watching movies and baseball playoff games on the big screen TV was terrific. We didn't want to be totally out of touch, so it was great to have wifi to check email, stay abreast of the news, and get answers to random questions that came up. The full kitchen, including dishwasher, was so well stocked. It was nice to be able to stay in for some meals. The condo owners were great to work with. They had lots of suggestions and it really felt like they were opening their home to us. Staying there really allowed us to rest and recharge. Our weekend could not have been better. We look forward to going back again, perhaps with friends. I highly recommend this property.

  I had heard about this condo in Breckenridge, and finally got to experience it myself. We stayed in late summer, when the aspen trees outside the deck were still green and lush. The interior is spotless, and decorated for Colorado-style comfort and luxury. Oversized couches, fuzzy comforters and an abundance of pillows make it hard to leave this cocoon of a condo. It's meticulously decorated with the mountains in mind, giving it the feel of a rustic cabin but the modern touches that we all have learned to appreciate -- big-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, modern appliances, and (for winter guests), the perfect ski closet.. The open kitchen comfortably holds a beautiful wood dining table that is a gathering place for guests. The owners have thought about everything here, right down to a satisfying collection of books and DVDs. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown Breckenridge or the the slopes, and just a few yards from hot tub and swimming pool. Anyone who stays here will want to return again and again.

  Very comfortable, clean condo. We loved all the little details the owners put into their place. All the comforts of home from a kitchen completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to make a meal to soft plush towels to big comfy pillows. Watched a fox from the living room wonder by every morning. Pool and hot tubs right out the front door and beautiful hiking trails nearby too. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. We will be back-thank you!

  This property rocks!! My sweetie and I stayed at this condo in the summer and truly loved it. It is quality throughout and has so many nice touches; HD TV, DVD's, games, ski closet, lush towels and lots of kitchen necessities . I especially loved the IPOD dock where I could play my music. The condo was charming and warm and thoughtfully decorated in a cabin style with so much attention to detail. It felt like home, only better! I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and special spot. We will be back!

  Very quiet, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the combination lock entry; it was much easier than a key for all of us. The photos of the interior of the condo shy in comparison to the real thing; it is warm, private, and inviting. Quite literally, it is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance, cooking utensil, bedding or toiletry item you could possibly need! The owners were very attentive to detail, and left avenues of communication open, should we need any assistance. I would highly recommend this cozy cove to anyone wanting an escape from the demanding daily norm. The towering mountains wrap around you everywhere you look. We spent out outdoor time walking throughout town, enjoying the scenery and splendid fusion of old and new achitecture. A perfect retreat~ definitely on my list of 'do again's.

  "4 of us stayed at the property for a 4 day, 3 night weekend and it was fantastic. The property is within a 5 minute walk to the ski lift and shops. The outdoor hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. The inside of the property looks just like what you would see in a secluded wooded cabin. It was perfect. Thanks so much!"

  The condo was very close to the ski lifts and easy to wal down town. It snowed 2' while we were there so the snow condition where great. The bedding, towels and kitchen was excellent. We had 2 couples in this 1 bed room condo so one of the couples slept in the living room. It had plenty of space. We would recommend staying here.

  My wife and I had an excellent time staying here for 1 week in Dec 2011. Really a home away from home, warm, cozy, spacious, with all the necessary amenities to make us feel welcome. Short walk (10min) to the lifts, within walking distance to Main St. Even had a humidifier to help with the really dry air in Breck (I had forgotten how dry the air was there!) - we kept the humidifier running at night, it was a life saver! The only negative comment I have is for the noise in the ceiling of the bedroom, constant cracking, popping every 5-10min. It sounded like pipes cracking because of the cold weather outside (it got to -9 at night!). It was really bothering us for the first couple of nights, lucky us we were too tired from the skiing so we were able to fall asleep. True, we never called maintenance, we didn't feel there was anything they could do...

I was born and raised in Scottsdale and always thought Arizona was dry until I moved to Colorado! Thank you so much for letting us know about the pipes. The Building Managers having been trying to address this issue throughout the buildings and it helps to get information from our guests. We'll forward your comments along and will continue to work on resolving it. As we're there more in the off-season we haven't noticed it personally, but other owners have mentioned they hear noises also when it's very cold. Thanks so much for choosing our place for your Holiday! UPDATE 08/12 - Padding has been installed between the pipes in the boiler room adjacent to our unit. We hope this solves it!

  This property was perfect for our family of 4. The owner was great...quick to answer questions and very helpful! The condo was very comfortable and roomy, supplied with everything we could possibly need. Updated, nicely decorated and very clean! Loved the first floor location in the building with no steps to climb and the covered parking next to the entryway. From the condo it was a short walk to the ski lift and Main Street shopping and restaurants. We rented ski equipment from Blue River Sports which was also within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at The Lift and Breckenridge is so pretty during the holidays!

  Oh My Gosh! This Condo is beautiful! It smells brand new and is equipped with EVERYTHING you would need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation away from home. My husband especially enjoyed watching football on the 46" HDTV in the living room while I buried myself in the cozy blankets and pillows in the bedroom and enjoyed the wildlife critters outside my window (I even saw a fox scurry by one day). It is very spacious with enough beds for 7 people and has easy access to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, hiking trails, and shopping down Main Street. The Aspens were in full bloom and gorgeous this time of year, but when the weather turned rainy one afternoon, and when we were tired out from hiking, we looked forward to coming back to the Condo and kicking back. The owners were the BEST in answering all of our questions and provided resources that helped us have a pleasant and wonderful stay. We will definitely come back again!

  we have stayed in this condo twice once in the winter and loved it so much we came back for the summer... it would be hard to choose which is better so we will just have to keep coming back to test it out! This condo has EVERYTHING you could ask for. We love that the owners have thought of everything and have made this so homey and welcoming. It is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in and will continue to return to this Condo over and over again. This summer we spent time up on Peak 8 at the family fun center! this was sooo much fun for all of us. We from the free gondola's up a couple of times aqnd jsut walked around and then when all the family arrived we bouth day passes and spent the day taking in the roller coater, the alpine slide, and much more it was great. Our daughter also took private swimming lessons at teh Breck Rec Center. That was awsome and they people were so nice. We totally recommend taking in the Farmer's market and seeing all the wonderful wears that are brought in. Of course no trip to Breck would be complete with out gong to MiMi's Fried Pies! Once again we had to visit a few times... This condo is so wonderful to relax in and look out the back at the wonderful wildflowers, swim in the nearby pool or soak in the hot tub. It is so nice to stop at the local market pick up a few food items and relax in this wonderful condo. As you can see we do really enjoy this condo and the wonderful details. Totally nice to have coffee items waiting for me so the frist morning the coffee is ready to go even if I was too lazy to stop at the store! This condo is a MUST stay place!! We look forward to many many more trips to this great place!

  Condo is short walking distance to Slopes, Activities, Restaurants/Bars, and Shopping. Condo is very clean and has been recently renovated - excellent condition with great amenities. Rental process was easy and convenient with no unexpected additional fees. I will rent again with no hesitations for future visits to the area.

  We loved staying at this Lift condominium. The location was convenient, only a short distance (walk) from peak 9. Also a short distance to Main street. The place was clean, cute and well equiped with all the necessities, plus flat screen TVs and plenty of entertainment choices (movies, Wi-Fi, games). We also loved the hot tubs being so close to the property for a convenient dip in the tub or pool after a long day in the slopes.

  This condo was GREAT! The photos were right on....newly remodeled and beautiful. The family room is very spacious compared to other condos and was a great retreat after a long day of skiing. The location is perfect. Just a SHORT walk to Quicksilver lift/the Maggie/ and ski school.....perfect as I have three small kids! Everything was very comfortable and clean. Best of all, the owners were more than willing to bend over backward to make sure our stay was great!

  We found the property exactly as we expected from the pictures posted in the web site and with all the equipment and ammenities indicated. We stayed with our 2 teenage sons and we were all very comfortable. Perhaps the matresses of the sofa beds need update, but overall these beds were OK. Suggest to keep all clean linen in one place so the visitors do not get the feeling that perhaps someone forgot to wash them (we were not sure if all pieces we found were clean since they are probably washed and dried but they are not ironed). The entrance to the parking space was tough, because of the little space and snow accumulation, but parking in reverse solved the problem (initially we had a hard time getting the car out due to the snow and little space to turn). Distance to the lift (base lift near The village) is no more than 150 meters, which even in a snow and windy day was OK for us (and we are not used to this kind of weather conditions). Walk way was clear of snow at all times. We did use the Columbine pool, which is 10 to 20 meters from the front of the appartment, and found that it is very well kept (we read a comment in TripAdvisor recommending to stay away from this pool). Overall our stay in this property was great; it was spacious, clean, fully equiped (the humidifier detail is perfect), we received friendly advise and pre/post reservation recommendations from the owner, we found a very detailed guest recommendations book. We would definitely recommend the property for a ski trip.

  Overall, my stay was incredible. We were within minutes walking of downtown and the lifts. The hot tubs were great and an amazing way to relax at the end of the day. The condo itself had everything I needed for the weekend and more. I was so comfortable that I was sad to leave and head home.

  Wow! This condo unit has it all. It was super close walk to the silver chair you could even ski part of it (my husband did!) The 4 hot tubs and pool are right out the door (walked there in the condos towel.) This is a great unit if you have kids too due to the proximity to the ski school. There is a convenience store that is walkable as well. The condo has really hot water. Two tv's make it easy to watch from bed too. The covers and towels are plush and soft. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee pots and filters, crock pots, some spices, really more than you could need. There is a nice closet by the front door holds a lot of gear and it drys super fast. There is also a bench to gear up. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The owners have put together a comprehensive book of things to do and menus that is really helpful. I can't wait for my next trip to stay again.

  The condo is very nice and cosy. It takes 3 minutes to go to the ski lift by walk and downtown. Very nice pool and spa too. There's everything you need in the kitchen and even more. We enjoyed our christmas vacation in this condo.

  We had a wonderful time staying at #11C over Christmas 2010. The condo is in excellent shape with everything imaginable for comfort and enjoyment. The location is excellent and the owners are very cooperative. The place is everything and much more than in the property descriptions and pictures. We are already planning to return for weekends in January and March.

  This condo was AWESOME. It is located 2 hours from Denver and once you there it is a short walk to Peak 9 and downtown. The owner did a great job with the remodel (pictures do not do it justice). It was bigger than I thought it would be and way nicer. If I travel back Breckenridge I will 100% stay at this condo again. OVER - Clean, Great Remodel and Close to everything

  This condo is just... WOW!! All the amazing details that the owners have put in are just great! our family really loved all the "Colorado" pictures and items in the home. This place is totally top in our book for staying next time we are in Breck. The bed was so comfy and our little one really loved the daybed as well. It was so nice to have a ski closet in the condo so we didn't have to worry about that and the decorations were way cool as well. We walked to everything from the Condo, it was only a few minutes walk to eatting/shopping and less than 5 minutes to the ski lifts.Thanks for our great stay!!
