DREAM and let it be.... Make our condo your annual vacation fun spot! It's easy to find and is paved to the door. The Ledges is located at the 21 milemarker and right in the heart of Osage Beach. All of the fun and activites the lake has to offer is close by for your convenience. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf Waterpark, miniature golf, go-cart tracks and any restaurants and night clubs are within seven minutes to the Ledges. For the golfers, Sycamore Golf course is just down the road. Close by is Blue Moon Marina where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft, launch your boat and keep your trailer. The Ledges complex offers two swimming pools, a sandy beach area to swim, fishing off the docks and a playground for the kids! OUR BOAT SLIP IS AVAILABLE TO RENT.
Lake of the Ozarks (Osage Beach) State park, medical facilities (you pass the Lake Regional Hospital on the way in), and loads of other fun stuff to do. An airport is within "minutes" for those that fly in!
This is a FIRST FLOOR (NO Steps) spacious NON-SMOKING unit that overlooks the main channel. The deck has a gas grill and comfortable furniture to enjoy the great view. It overlooks the most popular area of the Lake of the Ozarks. Rest in comfort in the KING-SIZED beds, each with its own bath and cable TV with DVD Players.
The living area has a QUEEN-SIZE Sofa-bed and a 32" TV with DVD/VCR built in over the decorative fireplace. We even furnish some movies, board games, cards, and books for the kids and grownups alike.
Enjoy watching the boats, jet skis, and other water sport activities while relaxing on your private screened in balcony. It faces the Main Channel at the 21 mile marker.
If you have a boat, inquire as to the availability of our 10 x 30 boat slip.
We think you'll REALLY enjoy our condo and will come back year after year. Our goal is to have "HAPPY REPEAT VACATIONERS."

My husband and I and our best buddies really enjoyed our time at the condo. Decor was very nice. Loved the mirrored wall which allowed us to see the lake view all over the condo. Lake view was awesome. We would defninitely recommend this unit. We chose it because it offered two king beds which worked perfect for two couples. We will rent this unit again.

The condo is as beautiful and clean as it appears in the pictures! The beds were super comfortable! The location on the lake is simply gorgeous and the pool is well-maintained and looks out over the lake. We had some A/C problems in 110 degree weather and the owner had it fixed immediately. We will definitely be back to this beautiful oasis!!!

My daughter & I stayed at this lovely condo over Veteran's Day weekend and can't wait to return. It was spotless & beautifully decorated. What a great condo for our annual Christmas shopping Get-Away!! Very clean ... great view ... great location ... no steps!!! Only a few very minor negatives: Definitely need a new coffee pot; the key lock box was VERY difficult to open - don't know if the weather had anything to do with it but it took about an hour with each of us women tugging and pulling to get it open. I agree with the first review that paper towels and kleenex should be provided. The only other disappointment was that the fireplace wouldn't ignite. We turned the gas on and pushed the button but I think that the bottled gas might have been empty ... it was sparking but didn't smell or hear any gas coming through. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

This was our second stay at this condo.....Everything was perfect....There are 4 of us High School Grads who are now 70 (three of us are 71 and I am 70) what a delight that is....anyway a wonderful time was had by all again.....Bigger coffee pot, but you have to keep turning it on as it wants to cook in the keep warm mode and then you get a ERR5 flash.....also not enough toilet paper, paper towels and no kleenex....that should be supplied....it was immaculately clean, soap provided, detergent for dishwasher provided and even condiments like salt, pepper, fake sugar etc. That is a nice touch.....This is a beautiful place and we will return again next October.....
