My husband and I stayed here for the month of May and were pleased with the condo. It is exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable, good location as not in downtown Palm Springs so nice and quiet. It had all we needed and the laundry facilties are nearby. Helpful to us that it was ground floor as my husband has a heart condition and stairs can be a problem. The surroundings are beautifully kept and the pools and hot tubs as well. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. Coming from the UK we had no difficulty arranging things with the owners and they made sure we had a good experience. Thank you. The title of my review says it all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay (my first visit to Palm Springs) and would seriously consider staying at this unit again. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. I believe this complex is about 30 years old and in some respects shows its age. But this unit was very well maintained, recently painted, with brand new furnishings and flat-panel TVs. Plus great WiFi service. The kitchen cabinets could stand a face-lift, but everything was clean, well supplied, and in good working order. I appreciated having a dishwasher, as you don't always find those in vacation rentals. The landscaping at the complex was impeccably maintained and walking the grounds was always enjoyable. As an avid walker, I might have preferred to be closer to downtown, as there were few services or restaurants within walking distance. But that's about the only negative I can find.Recommended for: Age 55+.

The condo is well furnished and equipped on a pleasant well kept gated community with pools and hot tubs as described. It was very clean and tidy and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed our stay there and found the people we met at the pools friendly and helpful. If you want a condo for a couple in this area I would recommend this.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+.

During the New Years week we rented a condo through VRBO in this complex and liked it so much we decided to buy one. We particularly enjoy the prospect of spending several months a year there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Living in the NW, we sometimes become weary of the rain and sometimes snow. It's nice to get away from that. Plus the fact the condo is so low maintenance, we can enjoy all the wonderful things there are to do in the Palm Springs area.
