Built in 2006 in a gated community near the Orlando, Florida attractions, this 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home contains many technological advances including a 47" HD flat screen television with surround sound, a computer with a printer/scanner/fax, and free wireless high-speed internet.
Location: This home is in the Emerald Island Resort which is a mere 2 miles from Disney property, 20 minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Orange County Convention Center, and about a hour to the many attractions found in the coast regions such the Daytona International Speedway, the Kennedy Space Center, and Busch Gardens.
Enter this luxury development by driving past multiple fountains, ponds, and sculptures on the palm-lined street that leads to the 24/7 security guard. In addition to the beauty of the grounds, the clubhouse offers an 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM information desk, an exercise room, an electronic game room, a business center, a large pool and spa, the “Tiki Bar" for snacks and drinks, supervised children’s activities, and more! Tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a basketball court are available near the clubhouse for the enjoyment of all guests. The pool side master suite has a 32" TV with a Blu-ray DVD player and has a master bath with walk in shower plus a large garden tub. (What a way to relax after a long day spent at the parks!) All bedrooms have televisions and luxurious bedding and towels. This home has a private, screened in and heated pool and spa that overlooks a large lawn and a lake! There is also an air conditioned games room with an upscale air hockey table, a foosball game, a pool table, electronic darts, and a television. The family room area has a 47" HD 120 hz 1080 television with a deluxe surround sound system for the enjoyment of cable television, DVD movies, your I-Pod selections, FM radio, and more! The leather furniture there is so comfortable that you just may not want to move. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to make complete dinners or just snacks between activities. (A great way to save money compared to taking everyone out to eat for three meals a day!) Eat in the kitchen while enjoying the view of the pool and grounds or dine more formally in the separate dining area. A fully equipped office desk is upstairs with a computer that has high speed wireless internet access and a printer/scanner/fax machine ready for your use. "We just got back from our 12 day family reunion trip to Orlando, where we stayed at your "Enchanted Suites" rental. We wanted to let you know how much we loved staying there - it met our needs perfectly. We had 6 kids and 6 adults, and it never felt crowded. It was never boring - the kids were happy to run off to the game room or to swim. At night they could go to bed and we could stay up talking, which you can never do in hotel rooms. The house itself was very clean, the linens were in good shape, and there were a lot more towels than we'd expected. In fact almost everything we thought of needing was already in the house. It was decorated more nicely than I'd expected. It was especially nice to have a working computer and wifi included. The pool was very nice and clean, and we enjoyed it very much. I wanted to especially thank Diana - as I was first trying to choose a home to rent, I emailed maybe 25 properties, and she was the only agent or owner to follow up with me a couple of days later. When she did, I realized that she was very responsive and helpful, so I chose to work with her from that point on. We are all really glad I did - it was a great experience all around. We will travel to Florida again someday and will surely contact you again for a rental. And we will be sure to pass your contact information on to any friends we have who are heading that direction.
