Come and enjoy the north woods in this relaxing setting next to pristine Plum Lake. Surround yourself with pines, water, eagles, and the call of the resident loon. This fully furnished home provides a three season opportunity to vacation. Plum Lake offers 1000 acres of fishing, canoeing, swimming, water-skiing, or just leisurely paddle boat riding. Hiking, cycling, and golf are all just down the road.
The cottage has a natural fieldstone fireplace, is knotty pine paneled, and has hardwood floors. There are two bedrooms and one bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The living room has a hide-a-bed and another single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. There are a washer and a dryer and natural gas furnace. The cottage includes a fishing boat, canoe and paddle boat. The boat launch is nearby. There is also a fire pit in the front yard for evening camp fires and a Weber grill.
The living room has a fireplace, TV and VCR, hide-a-bed, sleeper sofa, and an organ. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and includes all bedding. The second bedroom includes a double bed and a single bunk. Both bedrooms have dressers and ample closets. The kitchen includes all appliances, an eating area, and laundry facilities. There is an all-weather porch just off the living room with a pass-through from the kitchen; this porch is the place to enjoy the forest and lake views.
Plum Lake is crystal clear. The beautiful sand bottom beach has a gradual slope. The cottage sits on 250 feet of pristine shoreline, down a secluded drive. Much of the surrounding land is state-owned, so the setting is very peaceful and relaxing.

Rentals begin at three PM Saturday and end at nine am the final Saturday. Available for up to six persons. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation and must be received 60 days prior to arrival. A $250 refundable security deposit is also required at the time of reservation.
