We have lots happy guests. Many of them stay with us every year. We take very good care of guests. We replace bedding, towels all the time. This unit has just been painted and it has brand new carpet.

Anna, just wanted to let you know that the kids and I really enjoyed our stay at your condo in PCB. It was a little too hot but not too hot for the kids to ride go carts. Also, I slept great in the master bedroom and wondered if you knew what the firmness of the bed was. I have chronic back pain and rarely get thru the night without pain and couldn’t believe it when I got up in the mornings and had no pain. I wanted to strap the mattress to the top of the car. If you recall the firmness, that would be great, if not I am going to the mattress store at lunch to consider purchasing another less firm mattress. Once again, thanks! Kathy Robison

Hi Anna, We had such a wonderful time at your place last week. I definitely want to go back possibly later this summer. The condo was super cozy and the pool and shop were excellent. We loved the live entertainment pool side. Some of my family that stayed at the Dune as well want to rent your E303 unit and I’ll give them your information. Hi Anna, Sorry it has taken me so long to email you. I wanted to send you this email just to follow up on our stay. We had a great time in your Condo. It was an extremely fun week, thank you for your hospitality! As im sure has been noticed already we did chip a dish. While cooking dinner one night we dropped a sauce bottle on the plate and it chipped. I am sorry about the inconvenience that causes.
