Our townhouse "Pooh's Pad" is located in Regal Oaks at Old Town Kissimmee.The property is only a short walk from Old Town with its many attractions including bars, restaurants, shops and fairground. There are many more restaurants & shops within easy reach of the property without having to drive. We are ideally located for the numerous Florida attractions including Disney (approx. 3 miles), Universal Studios (13.9 miles) and Seaworld (9.4 miles). For golfers the townhouse is ideally located with many fantastic courses within easy reach, with the closest being Falcons Fire Golf Club and Celebration Golf Club. This 3 Bed/3 Bathroom townhouse is situated in landscaped surroundings with a lake and pool complex. The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall, full downstairs bathroom, open plan living room TV & DVD and dining area with fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs, The 1st bedroom is on the ground floor with queen size bed, walk in wardrobes and TV. Upstairs there is a large ensuite master bedroom with a king bed, walk in wardrobes, safe, TV & DVD, balcony, shower and a large garden tub. The 2nd ensuite also has a King size bed, walk in wardrobes, shower and bathtub. All linen, furnishings, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. There is plenty of parking. Regal Oaks Resort is ideal for family vacations, with well equipped town houses offering luxury accommodation all set in well maintained landscaped gardens. Add to this the relaxing pool complex with its water slide, Jacuzzi, lazy river and large sun decks Regal Oaks is the perfect environment for those looking for a home from home to while away those lazy Florida days.

Pooh's Pad is ideal for a family with kids & teens! Right next to old town, it is a hoppin' place and teens would love the noise and hustle of the weekend traffic there at Old Town. And, for older folks, the noise from Old Town late at night on the weekends could be bothersome for older renters. Otherwise, the management could not have been nicer and the place was clean and the furniture was comfortable. It is important to have a good management staff and Loyalty Vacation Homes have great people working for them. I would stay in a different property with them again. I do wish we had known about the noise level at this property. It really would be great for families with kids! We were all senior citizens and it was just a little too noisy for us. However, we were never bothered by the management staff and renting was easy and convenient.
