There is no better location for your next vacation than the Townsends Inlet section of Sea Isle City, NJ! Our second floor, beach block property is situated just around the corner from Busch's Seafood Restaurant and Bar; Sunset Pier Restaurant and Tackle; and Blitz's market. Just park your car in the driveway when you arrive and have the option to walk everywhere. On 89th street, you are close to the end of the island near Avalon; just steps to the beach, bay and inlet. Because the island is narrow near the inlet, you can enjoy both the ocean and the bay in an un-crowded setting. Just a short walk and approximately 7 houses away from the beach. If you would also like to enjoy the nightlife in central Sea Isle, the new Jitney service will pick you up at the corner of Landis and 89th for $2.
Our 950 sq ft property has it all; wireless internet; central air conditioning; second floor deck; off street parking for one car; fully enclosed outside shower w/hot water; 3 BR; 1.5 Bath; and is kept exceptionally clean. Sadly, we do not allow pets of any kind or smoking due to allergies.

Myself and my family have rented this property for the past three years. We loved it!!! The house and property was always clean and in GREAT working order when we arrived. I must admit I was EXTREMEMLY upset someone was lucky enough to get it for the whole summer.. Enjoy your short walk to and from the beach, breakfast at Blitz's and ice cream on the corner.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
