  This is our 5th time staying @ Tequila Sunset and it exceeds our expectations every time. It's the perfect location right on the beach and your very own cove. We can hop in the kayak and enjoy the beautiful turquoise water either in the kayak or snorkeling. Beautiful, clean home to relax in while we spent our days unwinding and enjoying our vacation. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in with the view of the ocean. Very close to the quaint Gregory Town where everyone is very friendly and helpful. The Caretaker was always available for our needs. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone one enjoys a piece of heaven!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  The property is very well maintained and clean. Spacious living areas and a fantastic kitchen with bar. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures reflect. Property location is somewhat removed from tourist activities, but that is part of the charm and relaxation people enjoy. Only downside, which is very minimal, the satellite TV was not operable which we only wanted for music and checking the weather. Locals are extremely nice. Within 5 miles you can visit Gregorytown and arrange activities such as Spear Fishing, Snorkelling, Deep Sea Fishing or Diving. Within 15 miles is a short drive to a boat ride (only $5) to Harbour Island with unbelievable beaches and Sail Boating rental w/ your own captain. Overall, would highly recommend this property for a very nice getaway.

  Owner response: I am sorry to hear you had difficulty with the satellite TV. I have been in contact with our caretaker who has informed me that there is no problem with it. I wish you had asked him while you were down there and he would have checked it for you. Wallace is always there for any type of situations that occur. That is why he stops by to check on you to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Maybe the clickers were difficult to use and I apologize for the inconvenience.   We had a fantastic week at Tequila Sunset. The house is just beautiful- fully equipped with everything one could possibly want and even more. The kitchen is fantastic. It is located in a small and very quiet community- Oleander Gardens, just north of Gregory Town. The location is terrific for exploring the North and South! The swimming directly in front of the house is wonderful. We used the kayaks to explore along the coral coast several times and do some terrific snorkeling (some of the best on the island) just north of the house. The caretaker picked us up and was extremely helpful. You can't go wrong by staying here.

  Beautiful location, we didn't stay long enough. Very convenient, quiet, right on a little beach, rocky, but soft sand once you get about 20 feet out in the water. Came with two kayaks which were great, very pretty rocky coast to explore. We heard from neighbors that there was good snorkeling just a little ways away. The house is very nice and roomy. They have a gentleman who runs the house who picked us up from the airport, and got us our rental car, that made arrival and departure very easy. No mosquitos and beautiful weather!
