It has it's own private harbor with direct access on to Blackwater Sound to easily reach all of Florida Bay and the Back Country and Ocean access as well for reef diving and fishing.

All the amenities and furnishings are of high quality. There is an extensive library, entertainment center with 47 inch HDTV, cable, stereo and DVD. Formal dining room adjoins living room and kitchen is separated from living area with a pass thru to the dining room. Bathrooms are newly remodeled with the master done in travertine marble and including a walk in closet.

There are two pools and two lighted tennis courts and the owner also has a 32ft boat slip available for an additional fee.

Their children are grown and they have decorated this space to be a warm and welcoming home atmosphere for adults who enjoy an elegant, artistic and comfortable space with these kinds of amenities.

                      The bird watching and fishing in the back country are positively spectacular all year around. For snorkelers and divers the wrecks and reefs on the ocean side with lovely coral formations and exotic fish are the best in the United States. The drive down further into the keys is unique in the United States. There are places where you feel like you are floating above the water on a bed of air, with beautiful blue/green ocean water all around you.
