Villa Ulysse is neighbour to the world’s most expensive villa "La Léopolda”, in Villefranche- sur-Mer. Less than ten villas around this palace of King Leopold II, founder of Cap-Ferrat, are privileged to this acclaimed south-facing location and postcard views over Cap Ferrat and Mediterranean’s most visited bays of Villefranche and Beaulieu. Just up the road, crowds of tourists stop to take photos with a lesser view as backdrop, a 100-year-old tradition and legendary souvenir of The French Riviera.

A tall, 1920’s original construction, Ulysse has been radically reconstructed for ultimate comfort and technology while maintaining its old charm using noble materials, which enhance the day-to-day living experience. All its wood framed windows have been carefully placed to create a unique private postcard.

The family room is a large, casual space consisting of a fully equipped professional kitchen, a professional bar with all its accessories and a dining arrangement to create a gourmet party atmosphere. Large sliding bay windows extend the space onto the vast terrace for al fresco dining, entertaining and resting.

In the living area, guests will find the professional Italian circular bar, Berti parquet incrust, collector’s art, a steel CVO fireplace, mood lighting, a home cinema and a quality music system. Three large bay windows give to a 500 sq.ft. terrace and stunning views. Delight in the attention to detail: the art deco handrail’s height and curvature have been engineered to align with the 210-degree horizon.

Unlike most rental properties in France, this villa comes with its permanent staff, including a housekeeper and external helpers, to ensure guests feel relaxed and at home.

En suite basic bathroom. The standard of this room is inferior in contrast to the luxury of the other 3 suites, however, comfortable.especially for youngsters
