Maui Magic is built over 2 levels, with the entire upper floor dedicated as an oversized master suite loft with a private office. The suite opens mezzanine-style in places, looking over the great room, and allows floor to ceiling glass walls to provide soaring views of the ocean right outside. The second bedroom with private bathroom(in the main house) and third bedroom (in separate cottage) with en-suite bathroom both feature tumbled marble floors, exotic carved Balinese antiques and Hawaiian art. Exotic wood detailing and an Asian feel continuous throughout the home.

Hardwood floors and wall-to-wall glass in the great room, dining room and sunken living room create an indoor-outdoor tropical living experience that's common in Maui. Even the state-of-the-art granite kitchen has an outdoor twin, great for easy alfresco brunches and sunset barbeques under the thatched pool bar. The pool itself has an infinity edge that falls into the Pacific just beyond, where there's great swimming and surfing along a meandering shallow coastline.
