Really nice place for a single guy, we all had a blast. I only experienced one night, but it was comfy. Loved the balcony. Just wanted to put up how awesome it was to stay at such a nice, well kept place. It was very refreshing. my family and I have been coming to rehobeth and dewey for many many years now. Thanks again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hello, My name is Chris. I am a single parent with 3 children ranging in ages from 11 to 14. My full time home is in Bel Air, Maryland. I am a former United States Marine that now works as an executive in the financial services industry. My family and I use the condo most of June and July. The kids all play soccer, so come August most of our time is spent on a field somewhere in the Mid-Atlantic. I am only interested in renters who will treat this residence like their own home. Dewey Beach is only 2 hours from my permanent residence. It has a great beach for the kids and a very festive social environment for adults. It places you in close proximity to the amazing restaurants of Rehoboth. The town is a safe, friendly and fun environment for all ages.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Walking distance to the beach. Stumbling distance to the bars. Jolley Trolley (shuttle service) stop at the corner of our street. Parking for up to 6 cars, yet little or no need to ever drive anywhere once you are down.
