This quaint bay front condo custom built by my family is a comfortable and cozy home away from home. Sit in the living room and relax while watching the beautiful bay. Walking distance to Mission Bay Aquatic Center where you can rent ski-boats, sailboats, paddle-boards, Kayaks, Jet-Skis, etc. Rowing Club and Surf Schools are also walking distance by as well as excellent Steak, Sushi, and Mexican Breakfast Restaurants.
The unit is located on the first and second floors of the building, and it has a ground level patio with panoramic bay views and a private side balcony great for reading/disconnecting. During the day, watch boats sail by, and night-time entertainment by fireworks and night lights.

We had a great week! The location is excellent and the house was very comfortable. Rental amount was very reasonable for the area. This was a vacation we will remember and treasure forever!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I am a San Diego Native and lived for many years in South Mission until I had to move inland because I was getting too lethargic about work. It's an innate risk with the property, you have been warned. :0) When not working (IT Consulting and Sustainable Energy Development) I love travel (40+ countries), sailing, surfing, golf, hiking and all the other things San Diego offers. This particular property is controlled by a non-profit organization that offers tuition assistance for local college in San Diego.
