Hale Aouli's guests have total access to its private Pauoa Beach Club facilities as well as both hotels' beautiful white-sand beaches, restaurants, spas, shops, golf, tennis, etc., almost all of which are located within just 100 yards of this stunning one acre villa estate. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous with everything you could possibly ask for in luxury and amenities. Its disappearing walls of glass open up to a panoramic view of the Pacific, Pauoa's own private Beach Club facilities to your left and Pauoa Beach to your right…. all just a few steps from you. The home's 3,000 sq. ft. oceanside lanai has everything needed to entertain you. Its 40 ft. long free-form salt-system swimming pool with waterfalls is heated to your desired temperature as is its circular jacuzzi spa, both commanding the best of this home's views of the Pacific and the Island of Maui in the distance. Both will coax you to stay right where you are, but this home's fabulous location will give you plenty to do without the need of a car as most everything you'll want or need is either right there in front of you, right next to you or just a few min. walk or bike ride from where you're standing. Every room of the home has its own climate controlled cooling system. You can be cooled by fans, the island's breezes or A/C, as you like it. Its full acre of exquisite home and gardens will delight you as will its circular lawn driveway entry and its courtyard walkways that appear to float above the shallow ponds beneath them. The oceanside lanai wet bar is complete with fridge and ice-maker, TV, stereo system throughout and comfortable seating everywhere whether for dining, games, sunbathing, whale-watching or star-gazing. Just outside the home's secure gate is the private Pauoa Beach Club boasting one of the most beautiful 100 ft. long lap pools with plenty of chaises and umbrellas to choose from. Nearby is a sandy-bottomed baby pool, a 2,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned state-of-the-art work-out facility with huge sliding glass doors overlooking beautiful Pauoa Beach, 3 jacuzzis both outdoors as well as in both its men's and women's locker rooms which also include showers and private outdoor massage rooms to reserve, kitchen facilities, meeting/party room, saunas, steam rooms, bathrooms, etc. Just to the right of the villa and just outside the Pauoa Beach Club is probably the most perfect half-moon, white-sand, swimming beach with unbeatable snorkeling, perfect conditions for paddle-boarding and a favorite for surfers when conditions bring in the breakers out beyond the protective lava and coral break where the many colorful fish and magnificent green sea turtles feed and live right there. You can use Hale Aouli's snorkel gear, boogie-boards and sand toys or rent paddle-boards, kayaks and other water equipment right there from the Fairmont's beach shack. And what could be more perfect than to order food or drinks right from your beachside lounge chair or run into the hotel to get your nails done, arrange for a massage or watch sports on one of the Fairmont's outside bar TVs while munching on a burger and fries in your swimsuit - all just a few feet from the sea! The home's management staff always gets rave reviews from its guests. They will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and show you the home and its systems and amenities and be there to assist you upon your departure. In the meantime, they will cater to your housekeeping needs, offer their assistance should you need it and make recommendations for in-home chefs, favorite restaurants, fabulous masseuses and fun places to go and things to do. They offer daily or every other day light housekeeping including towel changing and will also change your professionally laundered bed-linen mid-week or more often at your request, usually at no charge to our guests. *Families who wish to book Hale Aouli are cautioned that the home is not child-proofed and all of the many water features including courtyard ponds and main lanai pool and jacuzzi spa are not fenced or cordoned off in any way and are situated just outside every room of this home.
