Condo has breathtaking views of local desert mountains. Condo is an end unit providing greater privacy with two patios for relaxation. Your condo is located with a one minute walk to one of the many pools and Jacuzzis.
Condo has recently been renovated to include new carpeting, new paint, new kitchen appliances and new furniture. The kitchen is stocked with all that is needed to serve an eloquent meal and one of the two patios is equipped with a new gas barbeque on the patio off the dining room.
All linens, towels – both for bath and pool use, are provided and the condo has two televisions located in the living room and master bedroom. The condo is attached to a two car garage that has a washer and dryer – easy access through the kitchen.

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It is very well outfitted with many brand new items (including new beds!). Very comfortable, was plenty spacious for 2 adults and 2 small children. Nice setup with garage, washer/dryer, eat-in kitchen plus dining room area and large living room area. Nice porches (with furniture including dining table) and landscaping of outdoor space. Property as a whole was nicely maintained, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which was close to the condo. Very close to shopping (necessities like groceries and El Paseo) and Living Desert zoo (wonderful for all ages). Yet it is quiet, peaceful, and private. Cahuilla Hills park (short drive) down the road has hiking trails into the mountains. The owner is very nice. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
