You will be greeted by our property manager, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals (ODVR), at 1610 HWY 17 S in North Myrtle Beach. They will present with with a discount card which can provide big savings during you visit, and can provide the best golf packages on the Grand Strand. They also provide concierge services to you, and will be your point of contact during your stay.
Enjoy sweeping ocean views from this 12th floor, end unit. This 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo is decorated in warm terracotta and tan colors, with an elegant tropical theme. The furnishings and upscale decorator touches were personally chosen by the owners. The kitchen decor is white, with a black multi-granite surface, and is fully equipped for dining in, complete with dishware for 12 and martini glasses!
Tile floors and back-splash cover the kitchen and dining area; and new laminate wood flooring is throughout the living room and bedrooms. Dining room has a beautiful glass and wood table, with 8 padded dining chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Living room has a new sofa and love seat in an earth tone scheme, accent chair and recliner. A large 47" flat screen TV provides great viewing in the living room, and NEW FOR 2012 FLAT SCREEN TVS IN ALL BEDROOMS.
Master Bedroom has 1 King bed, sliders to the oceanfront balcony, jetted tub in your master bath, separate over-sized shower, and double (granite) sinks. 2nd BR has 1 Queen and bath, 3rd BR has 1 Queen and 4th BR 2 Fulls, both share full bathroom. New deep mattresses in all bedrooms.
Barefoot Landing is just a few minutes from your condo. There are over 100 specialty shops , beach stores & restaurants.

Our condo is located in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. We love this area because it is off the beaten path, beautifully maintained, and very convenient to everything. The decor in the condo was updated in late 2010, adding new living room furniture, hardwood floors, completely repainted with bright vibrant colors, large high definition flat screen tv, granite counter tops, new kitchen appliances, and more. Because we do view this special place as our second home and not just a rental property, we have taken great care and pride is making it one of the most desireable places to stay in North Myrtle Beach. In fact, we have been told that our condo is one of the nicest units available in the area. The view from the balcony is nothing less than spectacular. One can see up and down the beach for many miles and sitting at the dining room table vistas can be seen beyond Cherry Grove. We did not rent our condo last year but decided to do so in 2011. I honestly do not believe you can find a nicer 4-bedroom condo located on the ocean for less money. Before we purchased our place we have rented many condos and cottages in this area, but trust me, none of the places can compare. So if you're looking for a great place to rent that has it all this is it!!
