Sunset Villas are located in the Heart of Los Barriles. The complex with beautiful gardens is located only 1 block from the Sea of Cortez on a direct access road.
Walk 1 block in the other direction to "Main Street." There you will find Internet Cafes, Popular(a grocery store), Otra Vez restaurant, the Smoke House, Tio Pablo's restaurant, and many other shops and services. All are an easy stroll.
Don't forget to try "El Viejo" taco stand.
New restaurant "Cafe Paradise" is within walking distance and is fantastic.
The complex consists of 4 one-bedroom units upstairs, each with a queen sofa bed in living room. Downstairs are 4 studio units with queen size sofa beds that sleep 2 people. All units have complete, fully furnished kitchens. An extra 'cot' is available if needed.
All units have private, pleasant patios and balconies with table and chairs.
Onsite Coin Laundry available. Bring Quarters with you or ask the Property Manager (we have Quarters we can sell you).
This is a fantastic accommodation for large groups, retreats, wedding guests, reunions. We have a special rate for booking the entire property.

Sunset cocktail cruises on the 40' for small groups are also available. Swiming, Shorkeling, ATVs, this is a good central spot for going on day-trips to quaint places in the lower Baja, 200+ year old piano in nearby town of El Triunfo that also has a brick tower built by Eifel, Hot springs, waterfalls just short jaunts away from our wonderful fishing village
