The DreamHouse was magnificant! Elise was very easy to work with and was very informative. I have been to Costa Rica 5 times in the past, always staying at Los Suenos. Her condo and accomodations were better that we have had in years past, and having her management group meet us on the day of arrival was quite helpful. The condo was in pristine shape when we arrive, fully meeting our expectations.

The listing was quite accurate. In fact, the condo was perfect for 6 of us.....2 couples and 2 teens. Shaded patio with a view of the golf course. clean, well-maintained. Los Suenos offers so much with the Marriott complex,plus shops, groceries,etc. Perfect time of year, before the New Year crowds. 2 private pools 50 steps away. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone. Beautiful golf couse. 11 restaurants close-by....PLUS the local flavor just a few minutes by car. Sunset cocktails, crocodile tours, zipline through the jungle, Manuel Antonio Nat'l. Park. AND the nicest people! The Ticos and Ticas were superb! So was the weather.

If you want a five star place to stay & if luxury is what you desire, this is the place to go!!! We just returned from staying at this fabulous condo in Los Suenos. There were 6 of us & we all agreed on how pleased we were with the accommodations. It is tastefully decorated (not overdone) & is plenty spacious. We were most pleased with how the condo was stocked with anything & everything we needed for our stay. We were very comfortable & never had to ask for anything. The balconies are wonderful to sit & watch abundant wildlife that frequents there. It was quiet & relaxing. Several mornings/ late afternoons we were amazed at the macaws that would make their majestic flights by the balcony railing & the rainforest view from the balcony is overwhelming in its beauty. This condo is located within perfect proximity of anything you can imagine to do within the resort. The condo as well as the resort is meticulous in detail. All the restaurants within the resort have fabulous food & great service. There is also a great place for gambling at the Marriott if that is your thing. There are nice pools within a few steps of the front door of this condo, or if you prefer the larger, magnificent pool at the Beach Club, it is only a minute or two ride on the golf cart. This pool is very large & unique in its design & offers a great swim up bar. All of the people we encountered there were friendly & helpful every trip we made to this pool. It was never crowded & was a very relaxing experience for us. The owners of this condo were wonderful to work with & I asked many questions & for recommendations of things to do while we were there. Each & every fact/recommendation that was made to us turned out to be just as was described. One place that was recommended to me was Villa Caletas which is only a very short drive from Los Suenos. The food & view from this place are indescribeable & you have to experience it for yourself to know what I am talking about. (You can google it to see what I mean!) The 6 of us that made this trip have traveled abroad many times & we agreed that this is at the top of of our lists of wonderful places to vacation.We would not hesitate for one second to stay there again. The owners of this condo strive to make your stay there an enjoyable one & we never had the slightest complaint about our accommodations. We cannot adequately put into words how wonderful our two weeks were in this dreamhouse condo in the spectacular Los Suenos resort. The resort itself was breath taking with lots of amenities and conveniences. Very secure and extremely well maintained. Beautiful grounds, very courteous and helpful staff members, all designed to pamper (and I mean PAMPER) their guests. Even the average folks, the workers, were delightful. Los Suenos is a well thought out, environmentally sensitive resort that easily deserves a platimum rating, Our condo was absolutely delightful: Nestled in a beautiful, tropical environment, we enjoyed all the conveniences of a well appointed and well equipped home. TVs, Wi-Fi, AC, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ. It was perfect...and spotlessly clean. From the two verandas, this magical condo overlooks an amazing 18 hole golf course that is uniquely situated in a breathtaking rain forest. The colorful birds and other wildlife were a delight as well. We saw a flock of Mackaws land in a nearby tree which presented us with an explosion of color (and some serious bickering)...among the birds. We also managed to get a great picture of a Toucan. In short, this condo will become a regular on our list of vacation destinations, to be sure. We think you'll thoroughly love this Dreamhouse condo in Los Suenos too.

Are you looking to escape from your crazy life and get some superior rest and relaxation? Do you need a place where you can find safe haven from your email, cell phone, and overall daily grind? Is it time to reconnect with your family and friends that have put up with your ridiculous work schedule? If you answered yes to any of the above, please do yourself a favor and read on… Rudi and Elise’s dream house condo in Los Suenos is the perfect enclave to plan your escape. Hidden perfectly between the rain forest and warm Pacific Ocean, this condo will exceed all of your expectations. The spacious and luxurious floor plan of the condo will provide your family and friends the perfect balance of entertainment and privacy. My family and I were fortunate enough to spend a week at this condo and it was a vacation we will never forget. Los Suenos, meaning “The Dreams,” was nothing short of the perfect tropical vacation for my family. The condo itself was perfect for the six of us. The spacious floor plan, large terrace, and well equipped kitchen satisfied even the savviest entertainer. It was such a treat to cook gourmet meals using local ingredients and fresh fish from the market. One of my favorite memories is eating dinner with the family on the terrace while listening to the torrential rain and watching the spectacular lighting show. Every amenity you can imagine is within the grounds of Los Suenos, including dinning, sunbathing, swimming, sport fishing, golfing, shopping and etc. Some of my favorite things near the condo were the private pool and spa, the swim up bar at the beach club, and the casual sports bar “The Hook Up.” My wife enjoyed the spa treatments and the wonderful Sunday brunch at the Marriott Hotel. A short 10 minute taxi ride from Los Suenos will put you in Jaco, which is a vibrant surfing town with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and local flare. I myself love to saturate myself with the local culture. The people are kind, the food is fabulous, and the night life is great. Overall, this vacation was a once in a lifetime experience. Rudi and Elise take great pride in their condo and it shows. My wife and I have done tropical vacations in the past, however this experience takes the cake. If you are looking for the ultimate escape to tranquility with the perfect balance of local entertainment then go no further. Pura Vida!!! -Dave and Alexis

Wonderful resort amentities right out your front door!

Renting this condo was perfect for my family of six. Pictures are accurate, the concierge service provided is exceptional, the location is lush and tropical, the golf cart an added bonus, and the surrounding properties offer all you need for a fantastic vacation! In the span of six days we surfed, fished, zip-lined, white water rafted, swam, hiked, relaxed, and encountered an abundance of wildlife. Elise was monumental in organizing our needs and desires. This is the first of many more vacations that will be spent in this location, at the Dreamhouse condo. Thank You to Elise for making our stay so memorable!!! The condo was in perfect condition in every way. Plenty of linens, a well- stocked kitchen, and high end furniture. We look forward to renting again! Pura Vida!

Definitely a DreamHouse

We were lucky enough to stay in the Costa Rican Dream House Condo for 8 days! It was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Being a family of 5, we always stay at condos and this one was definitely the most tastefully decorated of all. It felt like we were in a “real” home. The set up is great with one master bedroom/bath upstairs with its own balcony (great for stargazing), a master bedroom/bath down stairs with a balcony (and a great hammock) and a 3rd bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom in the hallway. Our favorite area was the large balcony off of the main living area which had a table for 6. It is a great place to enjoy outside dining and simply relax. The views are spectacular! All the comforts of home were provided (towels, pots, pans, all sorts of kitchen gadgets- anything you would need to prepare a great meal). The grounds of the condo were great too. There is a terrific pool/hot tub at the condo and having access to the” Beach Club” was a plus (loved the swim up bar ?)! Los Suenos has several very nice restaurants. We really enjoyed Dolce Vita the coffee/pastry shop. We did so many things… we spent a day at Manuel Antonio, zip lined at the Los Suenos Canopy Tour, repelled, climbed, jumped into waterfalls and experienced all sorts of things on the ADR-10 in-1 Adventure (our favorite), saw our guide feed huge crocodiles on the crocodile adventure and mangroves tour, went surfing at Jaco Beach (Surf Factory), and enjoyed our time at the condo and the Beach Club pool. It was a fabulous trip! We can’t wait to go back! Pura Vida!

We stayed a week at this absolutely wonderful condo for a wedding event at the Marriott. It could not have been more perfect! We had 6 adults at this unit and 4 adults staying in an adjacent building which was so convenient and everyone was very comfortable. We were able to use the golf cart to zip around the resort which was extremely helpful. I can't say enough wonderful things about the owners. They were sooooo helpful, patient, accommodating, and very accessible for our many questions in preparation for our first trip to Costa Rica. The unit was very clean, extremely comfortable, and well stocked with anything we needed. It was so great to come "home" from a successful fishing trip and have everything we needed to prepare a feast for everyone to enjoy without having to run around to find utensils and other necessities. Having our own personal grill on the main patio was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend renting this unit and working with these wonderful owners to everyone!! They had lots of fabulous recommendations and hooked us up with a trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable driver who took us everywhere and fit right in with our group! Can't wait to make another trip back!

This is THE place to stay in Costa Rica!! My friends and I needed to get away from our fast-paced, hectic lifestyles from the US and were recommended to stay at this high-class, FABULOUS, resort community in Los Suenos!! It was relaxing, safe and absolutely gorgeous!! We were close to beaches, restaurants and had the luxury in swimming in one of four pools!!

Great Place to Stay in Los Suenos

It was a pleasure staying in your home during our trip to Costa Rica. Your home far exceeded our expectations. Not only was it very clean, it was tastefully and comfortably decorated. We appreciated the many creature comforts like numerous bathrooms, comfortable beds, extra towels to name a few. We were also impressed with the fully equipped kitchen. No matter what we cooked, the right utensils were there. We spent many hours on the balcony watching humming birds, mot mots, and Macaws. Another appreciated touch was your books and brochures that helped us identify which tours to go on. We went to Villa Caletas our last evening and it was fantastic. We also went to dolce vita and adventure dinning which also was great. Thanks for the suggestion on walking the roads early in the morning along the golf course; we saw monkeys, toucans, morphos, coatimundis, macaws, mot mots and many other birds. Ate at lemon zest which was really good. Stephanie arranged a driver to take us to Manual Antonio, his name was Pedro and drives a taxi and we would recommend him to everybody, he used to give tours at Manual Antonio so we had our own private tour. We left one of his cards in your condo. Maverick Sport fishing was also top notch. Lastly, thank you for providing us with such a lovely home to enjoy our first visit to Costa Rica.

Like being a pampered guest in your dream home!

We have stayed at Los Suenos before, so we were familiar with the resorts amenities, but this condo – The Costa Rican Dreamhouse – surpassed all of our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s like living in a model home only cozier. In previous years, one couple has been relegated to a “lesser” bedroom, but this dual-master floor plan (both with en-suites) was perfect for our group of four. The third bedroom would be ideal for a third couple or children, but in our case served as the golf bag room. The beds were extremely comfortable – the sheets and pillows were good quality and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets available in the closets. The bathrooms were well appointed, the showers were large, the water was hot and plentiful, and the shower heads were installed high enough for my six foot three inch husband. The towels were large, plush, clean and plentiful. We were very pleased to have the safe in the upstairs closet as we prefer to lock up our passports but have not had a safe in any of our previous rental units. The kitchen, like the rest of the home, was meticulously clean and well appointed. Plenty of wine glasses, plates, silver and the like. It was a huge time and money saver not to have to shop for basics like sugar, salt, spices and coffee. We made good use of the wine key and the beer cooler. There was even laundry detergent available on top of the brand new washer and dryer. The appliances were all new, for that matter, and the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of beverages upon our arrival so we did not have to go to the grocery until the next day. Both the dining room and the outdoor dining table had seating for six. My mother and I spent quite a bit of time relaxing on the back patio or by the pool in the afternoon reading and waiting for our men to pass by on the golf course. The course plays quickly – two hours or less – so my husband and father were able to get a quick game in here and there without interfering with our other scheduled activities. They enjoyed the course tremendously and reported seeing monkeys on the signature hole – hole 12. Overall, our vacation was comfortable, relaxing, and fun - due largely to the fact that this condo doesn’t feel like a rental, it feels as though you are a guest in someone’s home… someone with impeccable taste who also cares deeply about ensuring that you have a very safe and enjoyable time on your vacation… which we did. Perfect birthday getaway

This last March for a very special birthday, my husband and I decided to return to Costa Rica. The first time was quite a while ago and I remembered it as a place where I wanted to spend more time. After finding this condo in the Los Suenos resort I am so happy we came here. First of all, the condo was fantastic in every way. The location in the resort was the best. We did have use of the cute, red, golf cart that belongs to the owners, and that really made it great to get around. It saved us lots of money so that we didn't have to rent a cart or even a car the whole time. All the amenities of the resort are luxurious and so conveniently located to the condo. The condo itself was bigger and nicer than most places we have stayed, and we have traveled alot. The beds were fantastic - always a challenge when traveling, but they were top of the line and super comfortable. We like to cook at home and were able to really put out some great meals as everything you could possibly want was there. These owners have thought of everything. We loved being on the patio off the main level where the views are beautiful, the private BBQ was so handy, and the wildlife seemed to come to us to enjoy. Macaws and toucans fly by all the time, and we absolutely loved it!! I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for quality.

It was really a Luxury Dreamhouse

We enjoyed our stay in your great condo. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids and it was big enough for all of us. Sitting on the patio with the nice view and having breakfast or dinner there was great. We went to butterfly garden and had a private tour. We also did the canopy tour and had a great time. So I would say you have to see it because it is just GREAT!

Beyaond Compare!

We recently stayed for one week in this lovely condo which is located in a beautiful setting. The spacious back balcony/patio overlooks the resort golf course, includes a large table, and is perfect for enjoying outdoor dining. An excellent barbecue is also provided on the balcony. Property management service was prompt at check-in and they were responsive to our requests. The apartment itself is spacious, in excellent condition, and very well appointed with each bedroom conveniently having its own full bath. Since we like to cook, we look for accommodations that have all the cooking gear and we were not disappointed. Everything is there to prepare and serve gourmet meals from the kitchen. The grounds of the condo and greater resort area are beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Two lovely very private pools are only steps away on the left and right of the condo and a fully equipped gym is perhaps 50 yard s away in the same complex. If you want or need company there is a large beach club and pool also only a short walk just outside the condo complex gates. Further down the road in the opposite direction, a few minutes by golf cart, is the marina with a market place with shops including a “provisioner”, coffee house and bakery, and fine restaurants. What could be more convenient? And, if you seek a little exploration or night life, the small city of Jaco is just a few miles away. The city has numerous excellent sea food restaurants and is famous for its surfing waves. All in all we had a wonderful and relaxing week interrupted by a fun round of golf on the resort’s challenging and scenic golf course chock full of monkeys, toucans and coatimondis. The course is also just a few minutes from the condo front door.

Fabulous Family Vacation

My recent vacation to the Costa Rican Dreamhouse was one of the best vacations I have ever had. It is a gorgeous condo in a stunning location. The people were friendly, the house was well stocked, and it was a perfect trip for my family. This was our first vacation out of the country with both children (ages 2 and 4). The condo had a crib for our youngest as well as 2 twin beds in the kids room. Their bathroom had a great bathtub for them, too. The master suite was comfortable and luxurious. My parents helped take care of the kids and stayed in the 2nd master suite. There is plenty of space in the condo for a large family to have fun as well as privacy. There were several swimming pools for us to choose from in a short walking distance or golf cart ride from the condo. The main pool has an enormous shallow area that allowed us to relax as the kids splashed around. I would highly recommend this rental for a family with children of any age. It has a great kitchen, indoor laundry area, is well stocked, and surrounded by fun activities. We saw three monkeys in the trees right by one of the pools next to our condo. We enjoyed zip lining through the rainforest canopy, horseback riding in the lush countryside, dining at amazing restaurants within Los Sueños resort, experiencing fresh tropical fruits at the local fruit stands, and relaxing on the porch with an unbelievable view of the golf course, mountains, and rainforest. The kids had an amazing time and constantly ask if we can go back to Costa Rica. I hope to take them back again next year. We will definitely stay at the Costa Rican Dreamhouse again.

My recent vacation to the Costa Rican Dreamhouse was one of the best vacations I have ever had. It is a gorgeous condo in a stunning location. The people were friendly, the house was well stocked, and it was a perfect trip for my family. This was our first vacation out of the country with both children (ages 2 and 4). The condo had a crib for our youngest as well as 2 twin beds in the kids room. Their bathroom had a great bathtub for them, too. The master suite was comfortable and luxurious. My parents helped take care of the kids and stayed in the 2nd master suite. There is plenty of space in the condo for a large family to have fun as well as privacy. There were several swimming pools for us to choose from in a short walking distance or golf cart ride from the condo. The main pool has an enormous shallow area that allowed us to relax as the kids splashed around. I would highly recommend this rental for a family with children of any age. We have stayed in this condo two times and have enjoyed it very very much. Being in a five star resort is certainly great with all of its luxurious amenities, but this specific condo is so beautifully appointed with beautiful furniture down to detailed fine kitchen ware, that we felt very comfortable and "at home". We loved the large balcony that can accommodate a large dinner gathering while enjoying the beautiful views and felt completely comfortable even during those fabulous tropical down pours. The owners have taken that extra step to make sure everything is as perfect as possible including a list of wonderful places to visit while you are there. There is so much to do, I wish we could have stayed for a month. I think the condo is even nicer than the photos, you have to experience the ambiance. I would recommend this great place to anyone!

Great vacation condo.

A first class 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in a very high end resort with all the amenities. Staff was extremely helpful when I had to leave on short notice due a family emergency. My stay was shortened from 10 to 4 nights, but I would go back in a heartbeat. The accommodations are spacious and beautiful. All the necessities were there, to include a kitchen with all the items needed to cook as desired and a beautifully set up dining area. The beach is a short walk away, as was a Marriott hotel with restaurant. It was a short, inexpensive trip to town for groceries and a stop at a fresh fruit stand. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Costa Rica!!

I love Los Suenos!!

I had such a wonderful time at Los Suenos!! The apartment is magnificent and the grounds are just gorgeous!! It's a golfer's paradise, situated right on the golf course. The apartment was spotless, and the owner's were just lovely. They answered all of my questions and were able to recommend all sorts of wonderful activities and sights for me to visit. They suggested that I go zip lining through the rainforest. It's an experience that I won't soon forget! There are excellent restaurants nearby, and it's an easy walk to the beach. I can't wait to go back!!
