About the owner: I have been living in this house since it was built in 1998. I love every bit of it. Also it is difficult for me leaving all of my friendly and lovely neighbors. Now I am in my 86 years of ages. Not by choice but I have to move in with my adopted son for health reason. My son's house is just 5 minute away from this house. He is a general contractor, also a CPA. He will take care of your needs efficiently and professionally.
