This Luxurious 3300 sq. ft. 2 story home was built in 2005 in a quiet well maintain neighborhood of Alameda, CA. with private streets and private security patrol. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and offers luxury living with a modern style. The family room has a unique and specially designed gas burning stone fireplace and attached to it is a Golden Eagle carved out of solid redwood with its wings stretched out as the mantle. New Victorian style banisters made of real Maplewood was installed on the staircase. The folio has marble tile floors and leads into the large family room with beautiful hardwood floors. The hardwood floor in the family room is covered with a modern style rug that helps as a decoration and also keeping the room warm. It has an open floor plan with modern architecture which is great for entertaining. The home has a very large kitchen with a rear type granite countertops, a large island, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, (one of the ovens can be use as a regular oven or press a button and its a convection oven), dishwasher, built in microwave oven, a pantry and a trash compactor.
The heater and CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING is divided into 2 zones; one for upstairs and the other for downstairs. The bedrooms are large. There are 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, 1 queen size sofa bed, 2 twins beds, 1 twin size roll-away bed, 1 twin size foam mattress and 1 Graco pack N play baby bed. Enjoy sitting in the sun on the patio in the backyard which has a gas bar-b-que grill and patio furniture with 8 chairs.
The house has a very large 75 gallons hotwater tank which allow several people to take a shower at the same time without running out of hot water. The master bedroom suite is very large (30 ft. by 15 ft.) with lots of windows and French doors that open out to the balcony. It has its own large master bathroom with glass door shower and a jaccuzzi tub; also a very large walk in closet. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with a long hose and a shower chair; which is convenient for anyone who may be a bit disabled or anyone who may need to sit while taking a shower. The laundry room is upstairs next to the bedrooms which is very convenient for doing your laundry.
SPACIOUS, The large living room and family room has lots of windows that brings in the sunlight. The drapes are designed to keep the rooms warm and close out the sun anytime you choose. The air condition is available if the weather get hot. It has 3 flat screen 42' HDTV, DVD/CD players, alarm clocks and wireless internet throughout the house. This Luxurious home is furnished with high quality and comfort in mind. All the beds have high quality comfort mattresses as the 5 star hotels in San Francisco or anywhere else. Equipped with lots of linens, and everything for cooking, utensils, and pots and pans. All utilities are included.
The home is just 7 blocks from Crown beach, a beautiful beach that runs for 2 miles along the south side of the Island. From the beach you can look across the water and see the San Francisco Bay Bridge and the San Francisco skyline. There is easy access to the I-80 freeway that goes to San Francisco pier 39, Fisherman's wharf, the Golden Gate bridge, U.C. Berkeley, Oakland, Sonoma, Napa Valley and anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. Its also just a 15 minutes drive from the Oakland airport and 10 minutes to the Chuck Corica golf course, a very popular golf course in Alameda. It is also just 4 blocks from the Alameda/Oakland ferry station to San Francisco and just a 5 minute drive to the USS Hornet museum and wineries with wine tasting on the Island.
Luxurious and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a park close by that families with small children can enjoy. There is free parking; the home has a 2 car garage and there is also parking on the private street in front of the house.

I rented this property for my 50th Birthday party. 12 of us enjoyed this lovely home in June 2010, we were in town to participate in See Jane Run a half marathon held in Alameda. The home was spacious , clean, well furnished has a great floor plan for a group The photos are accurate. The owner was wonderful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property if you need a wonderful home in this area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We would like to thank you for letting us rent your lovely home. The family loved it! It had everything we needed and more. Your kitchen is well stocked and had everything we need to cook. The home is located centrally to everywhere we needed to go and even though the wedding day was overcast and cold (at Tilden Park), we were able to come home to a warm and cozy house, thanks to you. We can honestly say that your home exceeded our expectations! The pictures are great, but the home looks even better in person. The kitchen was very spacious and amply stocked with more than enough dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It was great to be able to confortable visit with all of our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren in your family room. Actually all of the rooms were very spacious and confortable. The location also worked well for our needs. It was only 15 minutes to the Oakland Airport and it was easy for us to get to Santa Clara, San Francisco, and Sausalito. I don't know where to begin ...Monica greeted us at the door and gave us a personal tour of her beautiful home when we arrived. She had everything in the kitchen that you could possibly want. All of the bedrooms had great mattresses with quality sheets, alarm clocks in every room and a laundry room on the second floor that was easy to use. She supplied laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, soap, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. All we had to buy was our food. The wireless router was up to date, she had a great gas grill, and there was alway convenient parking right in front of the home. What else could you ask for. We spent the weekend at this beautiful home for a family vacation. We were greeted by the owner, Monica who gave us a tour of the home and a dozen roses. The home is nicely decorated, clean and upscale. The home is large, spacious and can sleep 14 very confortably. If you have kids, there is a park riight around the corner from the home. Fridge, trash compactor, flat screen TV's, wireless internet, spa tub in master bath are just a few of the highlights! with the "hustle and bustle" all around it, this little community seems to be in a world of its own. Thank you for the rental of your lovely home! our stay was wonderful and so much of it was because your house became our home for 1 week. It is spacious, beautiful, well cared for, well equiped, and easy to get to know. The kids (teenagers) loved the movie selection, we BBQ'd a couple of times, cooked, and explore Alameda. Alameda is unique; with beautiful Victorian homes and the beach. No matter where we travel Alameda give us the feeling of home.
