This unit is even better than advertised! It is clean and updated. The spacious layout feels more like a home than a condo. The orientation is fantastic -- there are wonderful golf course and ocean views, yet the afternoon sun does not bear down on the lanai as with many other units in this complex. This unit is centrally located in the heart of the Kaanapali Beach resort so the beach and Whaler's Village is just a few minutes walk away. We have already recommended staying at this unit to family and friends and look forward to staying here again in the future!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Why the Owner Chose Kaanapali Royal:
When we first walked into this unit we were taking away. As you walk in you have a breath taking view of Molokai and the ocean and than we saw a whale jumping in the ocean and we were sold.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy the security of our complex and of Kaanapali Resort. It is a great, safe place to walk either for exercise or just for a stroll. The beaches are world famous, with some of the best restaurants around.
