We're working folks living in the Silicon Valley, California. We believe in the "living within your means" philosophy and we are fortunate to have a little piece of paradise as our 2nd home away from home. We would love to retire to this home some days when all the kids are grown and able to support themselves.

Having never rented a condo before on a tropical island, we weren't sure what to expect. We were not disappointed in the least. Annie's condo had everything we needed with all the comforts of home. Our toddler girl had a great time running through the grassy area outside and splashing in the pool. It was very peaceful and quite. If your looking for a getaway that's restful, then this is definitely the place. The beach was wonderfully located for us to walk to. The sunsets were amazing!! When we vacation again, this is the place for us.

My husband and I stayed in this condo in 2006, and were excited to take our daughters over Thanksgiving 2011! The condo is perfect for 2 or 4, wonderful location for shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We would highly recommend choosing this condo, and are planning to stay again when we return to Maui!

Our stay at Kihei Garden Estates was very enjoyable and relaxing. The accommodations are extremely comfortable. The complex is very quite. There are lots of amenities within walking distance, such as restaurants, groceries, gas stations. We found the most amazing fish tacos about 1/2 block away at Coconuts. I will have no problem recommending this place to friends and family.

Stayed here in July for 7 nights with my Mom and 9yr old son and we had a great time just relaxing there. Great location for everything, like one reviewer wrote the neighbors make you feel at home. Everyone we ran across was very friendly. The condo had everything we needed all we had to do was buy the food. My son loved the internet connected TV so he could watch all his cartoons on netflix, and after dinner we would just sit back and watch movies. All in all it is a great place to relax and go explore Maui especially after a few days of the hustle and bustle in Waikiki we had just came from. I will definitely be renting again..Thanks Annie

Great Place. I would highly recommend Annie's condo. It was fully stocked;(we even bought things, just to find they were already there!) Very comfortable; very close to shopping, places to eat, etc. Just a stones throw to the beach; even great neighbors! All in all, it was a great place to call home. We were there for 12 days; hated to leave. Thanks again Annie for everything. Hope to rent it again real soon. Jeff + Karen

We stayed at Annie's condo for five nights, which is NOT long enough :) We were provided with everything we needed. The condo was within walking distance to a grocery store and was very close to some wonderful restaurants. The beach was only a short walk away. We had a really good time there and wanted to thank Annie for sharing this lovely home away from home with us.
