Charming 2 Bed 2 Bath + Loft Condo
Steps Away From Vail Village & Golden Peak Ski Lifts - You can literally park once you arrive at the condo and not have to set foot back into your vehicle until the day you depart for your home.
The mountain rustic interior is furnished to suite your every need while staying at our home away from home. Oversized leather chairs and a large cozy sofa outline the living room along with a gas fireplace and extensive view framed by Vail mountain. The kitchen is open to the living room and the dinette comfortably seats 5 with room for 7. The master bedroom overlooks Gore Creek and with a crack of the casement windows you can hear the soothing stream run.
There is a private bath adjoining the bedroom. The second sleeping quarters has two twin beds crafted out of wooden logs. For the two that have a hard time falling asleep to the sound of the Creek outside the window, there is a TV with cable in between the two beds. On to the next.....climb the wooden ladder in the hallway and you will find a cozy loft that overlooks the entire living space.
You may buy your groceries to dine in and have a cozy night by the fire with board games & hot coco or lace up your walking shoes and head up the block to the village where you'll find more choices of amenities than you'll know what to do with!
If you do need to use the car, your vehicle will be conveniently located right outside the front door of the condo building which is framed with beautifully large Aspen trees....and the view beyond of course is of Vail Mountain!

Prices are negotiable, however, we are looking to find quality renters & families who will take care of our 2nd home that we love so much. Part of the package when renting our condo is receiving the list of all of our favorite restaurants, activity venues and the secret little treasures that we've discovered over our 20+ years of vacationing in Vail. Why the Owner Chose Vail Trails ChaletVail is a town that gives off an aura that makes you feel at home.....at peace...and...in a bubble! AND, by that bubble....I mean that somehow this quaint town feels as though it is set apart from the rest of the world in all of the right ways...which is how it should feel...when on vacation. Everything you need is all around you...as well as everything you could possibly want. There is a small community here. The architecture is reminiscent of Old Germany and you can't help but feel as though you've stepped out of America for a short getaway. There are 5 star restaurants & amenities. There are mom & pop shops, hiking trails, libraries, adventure sports, rustic taverns, luxurious spas, and the most incredible skiing you've ever experienced. There are outdoor festivals and live concerts on the heated brick streets throughout the village.... You can wake up in the morning to the sound of running water flowing down Gore Creek, the crisp dewy air and a clear blue sky framed by mountain caps. You have your choice of your AM cup of Joe at Starbucks or at Loaded Joe at The Covered Bridge. You can spend the evening trying the newest dish at Tierra Bistro or book a reservation at the new Cine Bistro and have your 5 star gourmet dinner while you sip a glass of vino in your leather chair & watch the latest movie on the big screen. Let's not forget the popcorn they'll bring you in a big ceramic bowl as if you're in your media room at home. If you're not tired after the movie you can go across the way to Bol where you can bowl in style. You can even select the number of ball you'd like to use which resembles the design of a cue ball on a pool table. Decisions...decisions.... Of course I could go on...but I don't want to give out all of the secrets that I have in store for you when you come stay at our condo.
