Oceanfront Beach Home at Sagamore Beach. Have you ever opened a Cape Cod Life Magazine and admired the uniqueness and charm of a Cape Cottage? This could be that cottage! Original structure added on to a few times throughout the years, giving it the rambling beach cottage floor plan with lots of interesting nooks and crannies. This home had been updated for comfortable living but has kept true to original intent. Fantastic outdoor space with a flagstone patio, decks, outdoor furniture and built-in grill. Herb and vegetable gardens to help yourself to. The interior offers a practical kitchen with a separate Diningroom with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. There is a small ladder/stairway to Bedroom with 2 twin beds with half bath. Livingroom with good oceanview, comfy furniture, entertainment center, cathedral ceiling & ceiling fans. Small Bedroom off this room with a single twin bed. MasterBedroom on the other side of the cottage complete with Master Bath with claw foot tub and mermaid stained glass window.
