This PET FRIENDLY OCEANFRONT Outer Banks vacation rental cottage “Sea Eagle” is located right on the beach at 4323 N. Virginia Dare Trail in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina at Mile Post 3. This home offers spectacular ocean views from the ocean side covered porch as well as the living room and the ocean side bedrooms. This home has all the comforts of home for a great family vacation. This cottage has 2 levels of living space. The first level is equipped for family living with a large kitchen and dining area. The dining room offers a large table with benches for seating. Off the dining area is a ½ bath and a door that leads to the ocean front covered porch with stairs to the beach. The living room has a great ocean view from the 2 sets of sliding glass doors and off the living area is a small den. All bedrooms and 2 full baths are located on the 2nd level and shared by all bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and a Crib, Bedroom #3 has a Double bed and Bedroom #4 has 2 Single beds. All amenities listed below are included. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. This rental property is available for full week rentals only from 5/1 to 10/1 and is available for weekend rentals (3 nt minimum) prior to 5/1 or after 10/1 with the exception of holidays. Linen rental is available, the Bedding Package is $100.00, the Bath Package is $70.00, and the Full Linen Package is $160-not including tax.
