The Classic Outer Banks vacation rental home 'Dorman' is just across the street from the beach with good beach access. Located at 4506 North Virginia Dare Trail in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina at Mile Post 3. This home is close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the southern charm of the Outer Bank’s while sitting in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch and sipping on an ice-cold glass of lemonade. The layout of this beach cottage is 1 level living (although the home is elevated) with the living room (which has a Queen sleep sofa), dining area, kitchen and screened in porch on the ocean side. The bedrooms are towards the back with a hall bath in between them. Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 each have a Double bed. Amenities included are listed below. This is the perfect home for a family who want to enjoy the beach as it offers easy beach access. NO PETS are permitted. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. This home can be rented for FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY between the dates of May 1 and October 1. Partial week rentals for a 3 or 4 night stay may be available but only prior to May 1 or after October 1 with the exception of holidays and are not taken in advance. Weekly Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $70.00, per week for the Bath Package is $55.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $120.00-not including tax.
