  This property was a perfect fit for our 2 families! ! Well maintained and felt like a home away from home. The kids had their own private snow playground!! We will definitely return in the future. Thanks Tina!

  This home will be our go to place (i.e. if available) in the near future. The home was as advertised, clean, well kept and the owner has taken care of everything to make this home truly a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked, they even have sled of various sizes stocked in the garage, huge bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, smart TV's in every room with access to streaming apps like Hulu & Netfilix, great WIFI connection to keep us connected to the world. All in all we had a great long weekend!!

  We enjoyed spending the Christmas holidays at the house. It is well-maintained and spotless. It snowed almost every day during our stay, and the driveway was cleaned early in the morning, well before anyone wanted to head out. Kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of sheets and blankets. The outdoor hot tub was especially fun after a long day on the slopes, and there was plenty of entertainment with the TV, music channels and the warm fireplace. Overall it was a great stay and we'll definitely come back!

  I have rented this house for several years during the summer for a golf outing with seven friends. It is great! Always clean and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and devoid of traffic. It's close to everything. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. It's homey and has everything you might need and the outdoor hot tub is a real bonus. I couldn't recommend this vacation home any higher, you can't help but enjoy it.

  The place was excellent and we had a really great time. It worked out perfectly for the two families. The fresh snow was great for skiing.

  We visit Tahoe every year and have rented a home for at least 9 years in a row! This one was perfect for our family and a couple of our friends with their children. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough to prepare a large meal, the outdoor space was great for playing in the snow off of the street, the hot tub was immaculate, and the garage was loaded w/ sleds, snow/sand toys, and room to keep our coolers out of the way. Thanks for having a baby swing and gate, nice bonus! This is at the top of our list for years to come and we have never stayed in the same place twice! thanks.

  This was an amazing house. Everything you needed was right there. The house was close to every place we wanted to go and see. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Lake Tahoe to stay at this house.

  Wow, this is not a cabin rental...this is a "HOME". It is absolutely beautiful. I only wish our house was as big and nice. The property is well-kept with plenty of room to run around for kids. And talk about kid friendly...plenty of movies and games. They even have an infant swing that was put to good use. We can't wait to use this cabin in the winter. Between the hot tub and fireplace, we'll have everything we need after a fun day on the slopes!

  This place was just what we needed! It has everything for fun and relaxation. It is roomy and comfortable and even with an evening storm that hit the area the house was quiet and warm and cozy. We would highly recomend this for anyone to enjoy, as we did. There is so much room and amazed and how it was so close to everything. We are looking forward to using this place again FOR SURE!

House Rules upon check-out. • Keys must be returned to owner or agent. • Load and start the dishwasher before leaving. • Load towels and start wash cycle before leaving. • Put all trash in the trash containers in the garage. Do not leave outside because wildlife will get into it. • Replace all furniture to its original location. • Close and lock all doors and windows. • Our housekeeping staff will vacuum, do laundry and make the beds. • Turn the heater to the instructed temperature (55 degrees). • Lock up the hot tub (cables and clips). • See “Important Reminders” • Any noise violation or disturbance or sheriff’s visit will result in immediate eviction from home. ** Any missing items, extraordinary cleaning, plumbing stoppages, or damage to the unit will be charged to your account. FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON ITS USE, PLEASE REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS AT ITS BASE. 5. The phone will allow only local and credit card call to be made. 6. PLEASE KEEP THE HOT TUB LOCKED AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT DURING YOUR USE. PLEASE KEEP IT LOCKED WHEN YOU GO AWAY SKIING OR OUT ON THE TOWN. NO GLASS CONTAINERS, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN OR NEAR THE HOT TUB. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. 7. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, immediate termination of occupancy and/or the party will no be permitted to check in. 8. The tenant acknowledges that he/she will personally occupy the property for the entire lease period and will not sublet any portion of the property. 9. Terms of Occupancy - The rented property is a private residence and you agree to indemnify the owner for any damages or loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay. Violations of occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. The owner or the agent reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. You agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents. The owner is not liable for any equipment, system or appliance malfunction as repair problems cannot be foreseen. Any appliance, equipment or system malfunction or service request will be responded to as quickly as possible. The tenant agrees that the premises shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful activity. There are no rebates or refunds issued to the tenants for any reason as every good faith effort is made to insure the property is maintained to the highest standards. 10. Lost, Stolen or Abandoned articles - Neither owner or agent shall have any responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Shipping fee will be applied for any returned items.
