This former brick bank building, built in the 1920s, is centrally located in the town of Capeville, Virginia, on Route 13 and Capeville Drive near "Stingrays" restaurant and is located about 4 miles from Kiptopeke State Park. This brick structure, with its original wood flooring, tin walls, and 18-foot ceilings has quite a bit of charm and is most comfortable. It is furnished with two sets of bunk beds (double and single on each) and one single bed in the former "Vault" area.
This building is furnished for comfort while retaining its old charm as an old bank building. It has a slate roof, tall windows, and looks as if Jesse James wants to call on you here!
A perfect escape for the family or for that group of guys that just wants to vacation together for hunting or fishing. A fenced-in area is provided outside for those who would like to secure their boats, RVs, or vehicles. Picnic tables, an outside shower, and lots of space is provided for boats, trailers, and all types of recreational vehicles. Outside 220-volt provided as well as running water for cleaning vehicles and washing down the catch of the day.
