We liked Naples Lakes Country Club so much, we bought a unit. Quiet, secure and immaculately maintained, this small country club development, with an Arnold Palmer designed golf course, is a vacation paradise. We enjoy the space of a three bedroom unit and the abundance of windows for that sunny Florida feeling. An ideal vacation condo for the discerning couple. Rarely will you will find a 3-room Naples Lakes condo priced for the same as two rooms. Ideal for the couple on vacation.
The easy air of coziness is complemented by the nearby condo pool, BBQ and Jacuzzi, or by a stroll to the clubhouse for the fitness centre, golf practice facility or tennis courts. Alternatively, you may be tempted to take in an evening of dinning in the well-appointed Clubhouse.
With controlled access to the golf course and the Chelsea system, golfers are assured of reasonable access to the tee. The course caters to players of all skill levels. Booking 18 holes or perhaps an afternoon for a quick 9 holes before dinner is convenient and easy. The community size and the well financed maintenance program assure the golfer of country-club course conditions.
And what could be better than choosing among an early morning coffee, a mid day snack or cocktails on a quiet, newly furnished, screened Lanai facing the Par 3 15th hole with the nature preserve behind it. Or an evening walk around the acres of natural preserve.

After two years of staying in Naples Lakes, we knew we had found the right location. Naples Lakes is one of the best maintained and financed developments that assures quality living. Golf course access is limited to avoid green fee players. All amenities are easy walking from the condo. This unit is sunny, bright and quiet with the unique wrap-around lanai. Not quite ready to retire to Naples full-time, we are offering the condo to couples who appreciate the finer things in life.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
10 minutes to Gulf beach, close to Marco Island , easy reach of Alligator Alley. Naples weather in January-March is consistently warmer and dryer than other areas of Florida.
